Anyway this is an early version of Xemnas's Final Form, I've seen this many times before but you might not have, so here it is.

Do you think something similar might be in KH3D?

That actually looks more menacing than his actual form.

Does he have a set of carnivore teeth where his crotch should be?

Could be worse, it could be the Heartless Battleship's LONG, FLESHY PINK PROW FULL OF RAZOR SHARP TEETH.

 

And I imagine they scrapped it due to not being able to fully realize it on the PS2's hardware.

I like the way they ending up choosing better..visually better and the variety between the stages in the final battle better IMHO

idk maybe it was supposed to be like when you fought the World of Chaos and sora could just fly? Or maybe you started it from the top of memories skyscraper and climbed to the top of that beast.
