Sakurai has now stated that he's currently working on the next Smash bros. series for Wii U and 3DS. Now that he's finsihed with Kid Icarus: Uprising he's turned his attention to researching how best to go about developing the next Smash bros. game. Sakurai is currently taking notes from the Smash Bros Dojo website and will gather developers to discuss the next game.

 

In my responce to this. This is all I have to say:

 

YESSSSSSS FINALLY A NEW SMASH BROS GAME IS COMING OUT. i AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS. I HOPE WE GET A TRAILER OF IT AT E3 BECUASE THAT WILL GET ME PUMPED UP FOR THE GAME AND MOTIVATE ME TO BUY WII U. THIS JUST MADE MY DAY.

 

(yeahg sorry about the caps. That just proves how excited I am .)

 

I just hope Sakuruai announces new characters on it. And of course some new stages and songs. Smash bros Brawl was awesome. I just hope this new Smash Bros. game will be even better.

I hope that these guys will appear as new 3rd party Characters in the new Super Smash Bros game:

 

Cloud Strife from Final Fantasy.

 

Ryu from Street Fighter.

 

Rayman from Rayman.

Pac-Man from Pac-Man.

No More Heroes got released on other consoles not that long ago.

Besides, I don't think Travis would fare very well in a T rated game...

I just hope square enix finally gets in on the action, be it kingdom hearts or final fantasy

Because Sora is totally more popular than Cloud.

And believe it or not, in a game about fanservice, that's all that matters.

I just hope the character roister is bigger with new characters added to the new Smash bros game. Heck, maybe the Wii U and 3DS version can each have their own exclusives of new characters in the game. That would be really awesome.

That worries me actually. Sakurai has said in several interviews that he found it incredibly difficult to think of 35 characters for Brawl. This is drawing from all Nintendo franchises ever.

Seriously. If Dissidia can manage 20 with just the protagonist and antagonist of a few games from ONE of their franchises, why is it so hard to think up Nintendo ones?

i've seen some fake rosters for ssb4

some of them ridiculous and some of them make a lot of sense

couldn't be that hard to think of more characters

if he can't he should go play a fire emblem game
