What are y'alls favorite workouts?

 

I personally LOVE Zumba. It's way fun and it's a free class at my gym. On the days I don't feel like running, I like to turn the treadmill to maximum incline (15) and walking slow, like 2-3 miles an hour. It can burn 100 calories in ten minutes. I think it's fun, too, because it's a change from just regular walking. And then I like to just play around with my brothers on the trampoline, or run around like an idiot with them.

I like to walk/jog as well as dance. And play soccer. Oh my god I could play soccer for like EVER

I play Just Dance 3 as cardio sometimes and I go all out it's fun but idk if you'd call it a workout.

I also like to sit ups and planking and push ups.

And then I get a workout from running aroud after my baby cousin.

I'm a Second Degree Black Belt in Karate and I regularly go paintballing. They are both great and fun ways to get excersise.

 

I hate gyms. Mostly because of the people there. There are always three kinds of people.

 

1. The guys who whore the same piece of equipment but never do anything with it.

2. People who act like dicks and somehow feel superior because they live in the gym.

And school sponsored sports are annoying because there are only a handful of likable people and a bunch of assholes/dumbasses.

 

Punching and shooting people is a lot more fun than doing the same thing over and over again or competing with sweaty men to touch balls.

 

Snailing is better than planking though.

in all seriousness, I absolutely love doing track workouts and sprints. I love the feeling I get after I complete one. <3 I hate strength training (push-ups, planks, crunches, etc.) but I'm planning to start doing them more to improve.

 

I also love bicycling and walking, especially with friends.

I wish I had a treadmill :<

 

But yeah, I walk, bicycle, chase my dog around until he gets tired, push-ups, sit-ups, etc.

 

I can't stand going to the gym, bc 1) my parents would have to take me, and that doesn't really work and 2) I can't stand the other people at the gym. I would go with my brother to his gym, but it requires a membership and I don't have the money lol.
