So here's something I noticed...

 

As Lea, Aeleus, Dilan, Even, and Ienso awake in Radiant Garden, I noticed that they are all wearing the clothes they had on when they lost their hearts. Aeleus and Dilan in their guard uniforms and Even and Ienso in their lab coats. Lea awakes in his Black Coat. Could this mean that he was offered one before he lost his heart? Did Xehanort (or Braig, or even possibly Isa) offer him the option of taking one?

 

Before anyone asks why the others don't have one on, even though they joined the Organization after losing their hearts, remember the opening scene. It's obvious Xehanort attacked them and forcibly took their hearts and therefore apparently did not give them the choice beforehand.

You raise in interesting point...maybe Lea was trying to sneak into the castle (wearing a black cloak to blend in) then was discovered and stabbed like the rest...

i call bulls***. the entire series is bulls*** . i mean come on? whatever happened to them " failing an experiment and giving up their hearts " like it said in kh1. xehanort stabbed them with a keyblade? and now time travel is being braught into the series... all i have to say is wow. but still, my wallet wont be happy for the next 8 years thanks to these plot fillers and pointless cliff hangers

Maybe after they were caught sneaking into the castle again MX decided to use both boys as vessels and put them in cloaks beforehand.They joined after all the apprentices so they knew what they needed by then. The boys probably didnt have a choice in any of the matter.

This is what I think, he proably smiled at them with the same smile Xemnas gave Roxas in Days...creepy...than he stabbed them with his keyblade.

Maybe Marluxia and Larxene were the only ones who remembered exactly how they had lost their hearts and explains why they disliked and feared Xemnas so much.

Well Isa and Lea probably remember too and thats why they were trying to overtake the organization.Their plan ended when their friendship did.Isa's possession made him act more and more like MX and that forced them apart as Axel/ lea grew close to Roxas.

This bugs me too, and I hope he gets a new outfit for any upcoming games.

I was also surprised that Ienzo's clothes look like they fit him when he woke up. Because I thought in the clip where he lost his heart, he was still a kid in a shorter lab outfit. But I could be wrong.

That's an interesting theory, I have thought something similar yeah... I hope this will be reveal in the next game.
