Yeah that's been there since Kingdom Hearts, the very first game.

 

This is why you don't let writers try to act like they discovered something oh so new.

Good find but like others have said it's been in Traverse Town since the first game.

 

Now that I think about it they should so make a Lady & The Tramp world, or a world that has something more to do with them.
