June 2, 201213 yr Terra already had darkness, but Xehanort's ambition corrupted him. Terra wasn't truly evil at the beginning. (Maybe he never was.)
June 2, 201213 yr Popular Post It started off with MX interfering with his MoM and making him appear to use darkness which made Eraqus fail him ( even though it was actually Mx's darkness)..Then he got strung along by several baddies and tricked . Which made him appear to be constantly firetrucking up. He was even convinced he stole a princess' heart ( he didnt ). Then after being tricked into killing Eraqus ( though MX gave the final blow ) and figuring out hes been used and tricked, he fell to darkness from his rage when defending his friends .

June 2, 201213 yr Terra's desire for power was from his desire to not fail Eraqus again, not from anger or hate. The anger and hate came after MX made it look like everyone was against him and then Terra came to his senses, but then started using his darkness against MX because he hated him.
