Wow...I'm surprised. As of last night, graduation weekend started for me. I've always considered my Senior year to be like any other year. For some reason the fact that I'm graduating just hasn't clicked in my head. It's a really big thing, yet I feel like I'm going in with an attitude of "Yeah, I'm here in this funky gown in front of several people that have come to see me sit in front of them for about an hour or so, doing almost nothing..." as opposed to "Holy crap I can't believe this is actually happening?!" I mean really, this is a big moment, and I'm hardly even viewing it as what it should be...*Sigh* I guess I haven't really learned anything Well, I'm off to the next part of the ceremonies, the official graduation is on Sunday (I couldn't really tell you why we have it take place over 3 days in 4 different parts, but I still think it's cool, tonight is a relaxed day It's just full of skits and stuff, which should be really fun ) It is crazy that 13 years have already passed since I started school, I mean, it really feels like that long, but, it feels so short in individual years...I have to leave it here, time to go

Congrats! I felt the same thing when I graduated college. But as days pass I am feeling that... 'Damn, I aint going to school for sometime, this is freaking aweseom!!' kind of feeling.

Congrats, and have fun. I known alot of people who couldnt feel like it was even their time to graduate, and I cant even come to grasp that I am going to be a junior.

I plan on going to a community college (I think that's what it is ) in the near by area and getting my generals out of the way. Then I'll focus on my major, something in computer science or programming. As I think about what I'm planning, I feel like this will be much harder than I'm anticipating Speaking of such, I better sign up for classes...I'm just behind like that Hopefully there are some good classes left, or I'll be mad at myself for waiting till now

I had a similar attitude (and I really liked the gown, lol)

And now, looking back on it, that is the perfect attitude to have. Because graduation really isn't all that important so long as you graduate. Yeah, twelve years are finally over... but now another twelve are just beginning (well, usually not another twelve, lol). Just be glad it's finally over... until next fall...

The best part of the entire graduation ceremony is the cap toss. If you don't get a cap toss then throw your hat anyway!
