Can You Get A Heartless/ Nobody by Dying of Natural Causes?

Posted

I was reading the "reaction to goofy 'dying'" thread and i was like if he really did die then wouldnt he be a nobody/ heartless and then i thought can people who die of natural causes like disease or somethin? Also what if they died by like heart attack when the heart stopped working then the heart was consumed by darkness right after it was done not working..... basically can a heart that doesnt work give birth to a heartless?

I don't think so.

I've thought of that to...like, is the only way for someone to die and stay dead through natural causes? Because otherwise you're gonna have a chance of coming back over and over again. @__@

I think the heart leaves when someone dies...? But so far death doesn't really exist in Kingdom Hearts apparently. And I think you may be confusing literal hearts--the heart that beats and pumps blood--with the supernatural, "feels and holds memories" heart. That or I just read something wrong. But yeah, I think only people with especially strong hearts, ie our main characters, can really escape dying of natural causes (ie eraqus gets stabbed but his heart still goes into Terra). I think everyone else can die of natural causes, and after that, anything that could be turned into a heartless or nobody disappears...?

Why do I feel like this could one day be a kingdom hearts plotline?

On a slightly related note, I don't know why somone didn't just cast a cure spell on goofy. I mean, he's been lit on fire, frozen, jolted, sliced, and whatever else heartless and other bad guys do. Like a rock would kill him...

To become a Heartless, you're heart has to be consumed by darkness. This does not happen when you die of natural causes.

No, you can't. You can only become a heartless by getting stabbed in the chest by a keyblade or get eaten by heartless like the guy in KH1.

but what if you die and then your heart gets eaten?

but what if you die and then your heart gets eaten?

From what you asked, dying from natural causes would cancel that out.

I doubt it, but its not like anyone seems to die of natural causes in this series anyway.

Except Captain barbossa who died of a bullet to the abdomen

They've honestly never addressed the issue. Unless they do in KH3D, I don't know (SPOILER SHIELDS ACTIVATE)

But if natural deaths don't create Heartless there is an absolute s##t load of people get killed all the time!

I think people must turn into Heartless when they die normally.

But I really can't have a say because I have no way of knowing =)

So yeah that was a pointless rant =P Haha

Haahahah Soooo truee xD
