I don't read the interviews at all FYI, but I was wondering when did TN come up with this sudden story change? Originally was the first 3 games were supposed to be the original or has he had TVA in his head since the beginning along with Xehanorts plans and all what's supposedly coming up in kh3?

I'm not 100% sure if I understand what you mean, but here's the answer to what I think you are asking. Kingdom Hearts 1 was supposed to be the only one, until it came out and was super popular. Then he made part 2 and then got into Final Fantasy Versus 13, which is taking a long ass time. Because of this, he came up with the portable games, while he and the Kingdom Hearts team are busy with Versus 13.

Well, it wasn't necessarily that Kingdom Hearts 1 was supposed to be the only one; they didn't know how popular it would be, so they didn't put a lot into future titles, and the secret ending was more ambiguous, the ending was more complete, etc. By the time they were working on CoM and Kh2, they had most of the ideas for Days, BBS, and even re:coded underway I think. Once they were guaranteed to be able to make sequals, they were free to complicate the storyline

 

Whether the whole plot was always there, Xehanort's plan and all that, its hard to say...like I said, they didn't have too many hints because KH1 was a pilot. I'm sure there are details that come about as the series progresses though.

Yeah, but he also said that they weren't sure if they were going to do a part 2. They were only going to do it, if the game was popular. I know he PLANNED for it, in advance, otherwise their wouldn't have been a secret ending.

He came up with the idea of the first Kingdom Hearts. After that, when the series was set to go on, Noruma began thinking of a much more detailed plot. The idea for Days had apparently been around since COM. After that, Kingdom Hearts 2 was released and also around that time, BBS began to become into being. Noruma announced that he planned several games to come out before KH3. Roxas' time in the Organization- Days. Xehanort's past- BBS. Mickey's period of absense- There isn't a clear game for this but it can be translated as Coded or 3D, considering the amount of times Mickey appears in that game. and finally Riku's period of absense- There is almost no game with this in mind, but considering four games have been released, some people think that this game has already been released although there is the possibility of perhaps another game in the works, with this theme, having been replaced by the 3D or Coded, depending what you believe. Whether or not that game will come out before KH3 is still a question though.

But anyway, Noruma has had Kingdom Hearts thought of for the first three games, since the beginning of the series. By COM's and 2's release, he had the four other games in his mind.

now that it has entered 100% production, won't be long now right?

considering how KH3D was put together (story wise) I really doubt that TN planned everything out before hand.
