Square-Enix could just put Kingdom Hearts 1&2 on PSN instead of just make it in HD. I know a lot of gamers usually like to buy physical copies of a game but I think it could work on PSN. Like with some of the other PS2 games like Sly, Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, and Sonic Adventure 2. What do you guys think? You think that would be a good idea or would you prefer a physical HD copy of the KH games?

i think they can't because of copyright issues

I would say yes depending on how much gb it uses.

I think this idea could work, but I would prefer a physical hard copy. Call me old fashioned, but I have always prefered hard copies of games and movies. There is just something about being able to hold it in your hands. Compared to just clicking a "buy" button and it appearing on you screen. That's just me though. :P

Well, I was about to say I prefer the physical copy and don't see what the point would be in having it on PSN... then I realised the PSN is on PS3 and how much better KH/2 would look on it. So yeah, that's be pretty cool, considering I'm possibly getting a PS3 for Christmas.

PS2 games like Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut, and Sonic Adventure 2.

Because those were totally PS2 games.

Anyways, I don't think that would work very well. KH1 and 2 don't naturally support 480p or widescreen, so it would look awkward on a PS3 in most cases.

Beyond that, it's just kind of lame to buy the exact same game online.

Physical copies are silly though. If you can avoid it, you should not get them. Save our resources a little you know?

It is a good idea, which means that they aren't gonna do it.

PS3 (1st gen/FAT) can upscale PS2 titles to what I think is 480p and Widescreen. It was in the PS1/PS2 options and I play those two games all the time on my PS3, and look better then they were on the PS2.

tutti frutti. I'm still half paranoid about PSN since that whole hacking incident. Me personally, I would rather have the hard copy in my hands. If I find that I absolutely have to for a game that I like, example KH, then I would more than likely give in. But in the sense, Square would have to consider the amount of space that it would take up from the PSN and if gamers would have enough space on their PS3, assuming they have movies, music, etc. on there as well.

I would like Physical. Thanks.

I prefer physical copies, mostly to keep my hard drive open. But if they were just uploaded as PS2 Classics, I wouldn't bother.

I'd only buy them if they had trophy support.

If you're worried about hacking, just don't use a credit card, use a prepaid credit card, or a PSN card.

Then, if it gets hacked again, you'll get some free Sony games, but not have to worry about your personal information! (It worked for me! :D)

The classic PS3 CAN upscale, but thsat involves stretching KH games, because they don't support widescreen.

I said that?
I gots no internet for my PS3 so fudge that! Besides, I don't trust much DLC or downloadble anything for that matter anymore, not with the shit Crapcom's pulling.

tutti frutti. Believe me, I did since day one that I got a PS3, and like what you said, Hatok, it definitely worked in protecting my info. If anything I prefer prepaid and giftcards over handing the company that type of info due to hacking.

Besides the whole stretching thing, yes you did.

But uhh... that was kind of the main point.
