The old Traverse Town is there for the most part. It just has expanded.

I think TWEWY caracters were a good idea, but the new Traverse Town is weird... The theme song for the world is not good either

the new traverse town is in a dream so it makes sense that its colorful and exciting and there is still many aspects of the new parts of traverse town that are exactly like the old part and the music sounds better imo the old one kinda annoyed me

It's actually the symbol on the player pin. Every player in TWEWY (Neku, Shiki, Joshua, Beat, Rhyme) have a player pin.
