I really enjoy replaying Midnight Club 2, 3 and Digimon Rumble Arena 2.

Actually I am currentlly replaying a game right now which I beat like 3 years ago, it's called Megaman Battle Network 4 Blue Moon

Only with the really good ones.

Okay with select games I really like. For example, the most recent game I replayed was KH2, and I did it in Proud Mode. I don't want to endure those Demyx and Xaldin boss battles EVER again. *shudder*
