After getting an FFVI thread, it got me thinking about old school RPGs and one of my top favorite games, Chrono Trigger. For the people here who've actually played the game, your thoughts?

I find it to be one of the best RPGs to play, very good concept and gameplay. I didn't get to buy it in the SNES days so I bought the DS version.

I love how they put Frog in as a secret dream eater for DDD ^.^

I have the iOS version and I could not put it down. But I barely play it anymore because I managed to achieve a perfect file. But it was AWESOME!

Hooray! Ths is exactly what I was hoping for when I made that thread!

Chrono Trigger is one of my all time favourites. It's a fantastic RPG, though I never did play the SNES version, just the DS remake...

Music is great, combat is great. Time travel is great. I love so much about this game.

Hands down one of the coolest moments was that awesome music sync when you first fight Magus.

... now I'm depressed, because I just remembered how many people haven't played this game...

tutti frutti. In a sense, I was forced to get a used copy of Crono Trigger. Though I had heard of it prior to getting my copy, I had never played it. From what I have played it's a pretty good game, though I still need to beat it myself.

I've only played the beginning of the game, but I LOVE the sequel, Chrono Cross.

This game Is the true definition of a JRPG.

Pure PERFECTION.

Chrono trigger (the ds version) was definitely one of the best games I've played throughout my gaming life. Really liked everything about it.
