Ok, so soon after you get to The World That Never Was (Sora's story) you are confronted by Xigbar. After they talk Xigbar jumps in the air & fires his Arrow Guns at the ground, summoning the rest of the Organization. Now if you carefully count the hooded figures plus Young Xehanort there are 12. Now count Xigbar that is off to the side, thats 13. Now add the soon to be member, Sora & Master Xehanort who isn't revived yet, thats 15.....wtf? I know there are 13 members (currently 12, but still) I'm just saying, the developers or someone messed up. If you think I'm wrong, go to Theater Mode & watch the scene "Pleasant Dreams, Kiddo." Pause the game after Xigbar shoots at the ground & count the hooded figures plus Young Xehanort & add Xigbar, Sora & Master Xehanort. You'll come up with 15. Just something I noticed.

That is was one thing I was wondering: Will MX himself become a part of this? It would be strange if he would be a part of the X-Blade.

Not sure, but I know he is filling 13 people with Darkness, so he's obviously not a part of that. And Young Xehanort has to go back to his own time so everything can come full circle. He said that himself.

I'm pretty sure Young Xehanort is a member of the new Organization XIII, why wouldn't he be? Xehanort is like the new Xemnas, he is the leader of the Organization. When Ventus & Vanitas forged the "X-Blade" the stronger of the 2 (Vanitas) took control of their physical form & wielded the X-Blade. Xehanort can be apart of this & still get the X-Blade, I guess he just has to be the strongest or something.

Like I said, he stated himself that he done his job and was going to go back to his time to basically let things unfold. My memory sucks or I would quote him. It is possible he could be apart of the 13 darknesses, though it would contridict what he told Sora.

MX is. He and his 12 selves make those 13.

Xigbar didn't summon the rest of the Organization, he summoned a bunch of Young Xehanort clones (probably to mess with Sora or something before he fell asleep). If you look at them, they're all the same size as Young Xehanort. Ansem, and Xemnas doesn't fit in there.

They each have their own seat at Where Nothing Gathers, so yes, they both count as two members of the new Organization.

 

There are only 13 seats in that room, everysingle one who has a seat counts.

That goes for most of the other people there as well. Ansem, Xemnas and most likely Xigbar and Saïx was picked up from the past. Somehow, once everything has been completed they will also, just like Young Xehanort, have to return to their own time.

maybe that isnt the real 13 darkness. or maybe some of them are just copies or illusions to round up Sora

Ah. I guess you're right, because Ansem & Xemnas would be much taller than Young Xehanort. But the way I look at it, since Ansem SoD gave Young Xehanort the power to time travel, his future self (Master Xehanort) should be able to time travel now too. So when the time is right Master Xehanort will go get his 12 selves, including Young Xehanort. Young Xehanort lost all his memory since he went back to his own time, so I think Master Xehanort will go get him & remind him when its time for the war. I think Master Xehanort can time travel now because Young Xehanort can, what do you think?
