You can't only in standard and above.

Answer them correctly

the correct answers are

1. losing something that's important

2. my close friends

3. to recover something important

 

and yeah..you can obtain the secret movie in beginner mode..conditions ..as stated by MickeyTheMick

You don't need to get all the letters at the end. That's only for the secret message.

about the trophies sounds a little difficult to win

Oh just clear the game and get 13 trophies and answer the 3 questions correctly

False. I missed a letter my first playthrough and still got the secret ending; I remember vividly as it was only a couple days ago. It's confirmed to only require X# of trophies and correct answers to the questions.
