The only place I noticed for improvement throughout the ENTIRE game of Kingdom Hearts Dream, Drop, Distance was that the Disney movie, Tinker Bell, could've fit in along the same lines as the worlds currently in the story. After all, most of the game's worlds' storylines take place in the past. It wouldn't have surprised me if Pixie Hollow could've been added as a Sleeping World since Sora would've had the same reaction with Tinker Bell not remembering him (like Tron, Jiminy Cricket, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy). What DID surprise me was the number of worlds that were actually freed by Sora and Riku.
For that matter, if you calculate the number of worlds actually explored, there are only six worlds locked in sleep -- Destiny Islands was NEVER ASLEEP!! The World That Never Was wasn't even in the "Realm of Sleep" (my name for the realm that Sora and Riku are exploring), so neither one should count.
In fact, the keyhole that Sora and Riku unlocked after getting sucked underwater wasn't even a SLEEPING KEYHOLE!! Master Yen Sid sent Sora and Riku back in time to find the keyhole that leads into the "Realm of Sleep". Because Xehanort's Heartless [Ansem] was there at that point in history (the night the islands were lost to the Darkness), Young Master Xehanort was able to enter with his help. Therefore, Destiny Islands is only from the past. There were only SIX Sleeping Worlds freed: Traverse Town, La Cite Des Cloches, The Grid, Prankster's Paradise, Country of the Musketeers, and Symphony of Sorcery. When they arrived at The World That Never Was, Sora and Riku both claimed that they had freed SEVEN worlds from eternal slumber, which leaves The World That Never Was out, too. What was the seventh one?! Was it never revealed at all?!
