For a nobody to become complete again both there nobody and hearltess must be destroyed, so i'm thinking that Demyx, Luxord, Marluxia and larxene's heartless has yet to be destroyed. Its also possible that they have already returned but in another location and they weren't show because it wasn't relevant to the story line of kingdom hearts 3D.

They didnt revive in the lab like the others bc they didnt lose their hearts there . They prolly revived wherever they lost their hearts . Also some of them might be a darkness now

You're basically answering your own question by providing the only two possible theories. Were you looking for something more? Or just debating which theory is more plausible? If that's the case, I'd probably go with what Flaming Lea suggested.

Either they will take no further part in the story of KH or they were deemed worthy enough vessels for MX. Which would make since Marluxia, Luxord and especially Larxene were all Grade A ******! And then there is Demyx....haha

Marluxia wasn't against the organization if I recall correctly though, even if he was worthy ability wise he resisted against the cause.

That's why they couldn't take Riku. While Sora wouldn't be with it either he isn't very resistant to darkness.

I don't remember much about Luxord or Larxene but it's likely a similar case with them.

Would be pretty neat if they fell to darkness elsewhere and you get to explore their world and see their original persona (and finally found out what their names are)

I think they weren't shown because they didn't lose their heart in HB/RG AND they weren't relevant to the story yet.

the only theories where they are right now are:

 

1. They are probably the remaining mysterious members of the new Organization. But I highly doubt it because Marluxia and Larxene were traitors, Demyx is kinda weak, as for Luxord... I just dont think he'll be one for no reason at all

Not necessarily demyx was lazy as hell always goofing of on missions. This gave him the least contact if any with other hearts meaning his own heart would have not have been nutured back as fast. Considering all these facts Demyx would have been the most susceptible to the Nort heart as he made the least effort to combat it.

Yes but by Xemnas's own logic all the original Organization members would not fullfill the qualifications to be sucessfull vessels. Remember every single one of them were either traitors or destroyed by Sora and Riku. This included Xemnas, Xigbar, and Siax who were sucessfull.

umm thats what I just said. My point is Xemnas's reasoning why some weren't sucessfull don't make sense so you can't rely on them.
