At this point, it'd be silly. I REALLY hope they're not building him up for a heroic sacrifice, because that'd just be redundant at this point

It was really hard watching Axel even though he came back as Lea.

But, seeing him go for good......... T-T I couldn't take it.

But we also know that a lot of fans felt huge amounts of emotion when he suicided in KH2 (Which I forgot to mention last post was completely pointless) so I don't really think we can bank on it NOT happening

But even though it was great to redeem his character , it also was emotional in a BAD way . Lots of fans were upset, angry and sad . Nomura said he wants KH3 to tie up all loose ends with this saga and I don't think he wants to end it pissing off more people if he wants them to follow the series into the next saga.

But he did die peacefully at least, that last little heart to heart with Riku was a sweet end. TwT

I don't think he will. He's had way too much character development at this point, and it seems like there will be way more. He's already lost 2 (I guess 3 if you count Xion) best friends, now he needs some cheering up from SRK.
