So I went to check my bank account today and come to find out the TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS I've been saving since I was born was taken by my mother. She spent it on Dolls for her collection. That was all the money I had for college.

 

Now get this I confronted her about this.

 

"Why did you take my college money you know I've been waiting to use that for COLLEGE you know to the my history science and Culinary majors."

 

Her reply was...

 

"I needed the money Lu. Anyways you would never have gotten thoes anyway your not smart enough and you need to understand that. Your brother will be a great football player and your youngest brother will follow in his footsteps so thats money that I used for me and your brothers"

 

So I guess all the dreams I've had since I was 12 are gone in one day and I can't do anything about it because I couldn't get into that money until the end of the year when I turn 18. So I have to find a new assperation because all that hope is now gone 10,000 dollars put to waste on dolls and objects that should not be bought with a child's college money. I've given up all the hope of ever getting the majors I've drempt of and were so close to getting.

Ok, your mother needs to slap herself about 5 million times.

 

That's not cool. Why the bloody hell would anyone spend money on a bunch of inanimated objects that is worth no purpose in life? Especially DOLLS! What are you going to do with freakin dolls?!? I hope your mother doesn't still play with them -_-

 

College is important for many reasons:

 

1) Better understanding of many things. Apparetnly, she understands more of her son being a football player than you getting your info

2) The more education, the longer your lifespan is. Proven by scientists. She's basically killing you

3) GOOD CAREER! She's destroying all your dreams by doing that!

4) Better way to get a job or getting a better job if your career status gets destroyed. Which decreases the chance of even getting more/any money when she takes all of it and spends it.

 

If I were you, I would secretly sell all her dolls...or sue. Yes, that's being mature and deal with problems when things like this happens.

 

It looks like the saying, "Think before acting/doing" obiviously doesn't mean anything. For someone who says your not smart enough, probably isn't as smart as the person or not smart at all. Just saying.

I don't understand why she said that either I have the highest marks in the classes I want to progress in and I'm a Physics independent study student. But even through the money was in my name its not mine until NOVEMBER so its legally hers to take. and her DOLLS are collectables that the keeps all around her house. I live with my father and he;s pissed but there is nothing any of us can do about it.

It still doesn't matter if it would be legally hers anyway. She shouldn't spend money on freakin dolls for her collection. It's almost like being ripped off.

 

It's not fair, especially since college is MORE IMPORTANT than useless stuffed objects just sitting around the house.

 

And if my estimates are correct, by the time you get 10,000 dollars from selling stories...it would of been longer than 5 years. You can make money but it will take too much time.

I'm a junior in High school almost a sinior so SAT's start at the end of the year and college picks start begining of next.

Sadly no, my memory span is very short on important things. It seemed my mind just slipped away till like 2008 or so from 2005, cause that was the year my 4 year old nephew died in a car fire along with his father. *sigh* ah well, he should have been about 8 or 9 years old this year -_-
