That game from your childhood that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Posted

You guys know what I'm talking about right? Those games that when you start playing again it brings back a very joyful time in your life.

For me that game is Megaman X. I remember spending weeks on that game. When I finally beat Sigma I was so proud of myself. I jump for joy. What games bring back those warm feelings of nostalgia for you guys?

The original 3 Spyro games on PS1

Pokémon Red/Blue/Yellow

Sonic 2

A game hardly anyone has ever heard of.

Final Fantasy Legends II for the original game boy. Even though later in my life I've learned it's not even a true Final Fantasy game, I still love it to pieces. Unfortunately; someone stole it along with my GBA in the 8th grade and I never got to beat it. After years of losing the game, the save file glitching, and it being so impossible to beat I was finally at the END boss...and someone dun did took it.

I've tried playing the rom, but it doesn't have the same feel as holding it in my hands. They remade it for the SaGa anniversary a couple of years back for the DS, but it was never ported to the Americas. Oh well, at least iTunes has the original ost for me to nostalgia to.

Besides that maybe Pokemon Crystal, it was my first Pokemon game and honestly I was disappoint with HG and SS. It didn't live up to my nostalgia laden memories of Crystal.

Pokemon Leaf Green. I was a 90's baby so I was like just born when Red and Blue were in America xP.

My first Pokemon game was Emerald though...

Even though I would probably prefer Pokemon Red I still have more feels for Leaf Green :3

Even though I love the remakes I have to agree with you. I have a perfectly fine Pokemon Silver and it's way more fun to play over and over

but I think my neighbor stole it again

Super Mario World, Mystic Quest (my first FF ever), and pretty much every Mario title for the N64 does that for me.  Especially Mario Party; it brings back a lot of fond memories.

For me it was Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer and Digimon World on PS1. I also played a LOT of pokémon games.

Digimon rumble arena and Jackie Chan stunt master for ps1

Pokemon Leaf Green!

Ahh and PMD Red Rescue Team.

I love both of these games ;3; <3

Also, this odd space shooter on a really old Mac called Crystal Quest...  That one was amazing.

Mega Man X4Sonic 2Donkey Kong 64Super Mario 64Banjo TooiePaper Mario Thousand Years DoorSonic Adventure 2 Battlethose games made me proud of myself when I beat it

Oh I forgot to mention another game

Pokemon Generation 2

The second Generation of Pokemon is my favorite in the franchise and it's a part of my childhood

You have no idea how happy and excited I was when I caught the Legendary Pokemons(Minus Lugia whom I caught only in SoulSilver) Especially Ho-oH

I've played other Generations of Pokemon but the second generation is my favorite by far
