I'm guessing there will be a new character. They are already putting in at least 3 new protagonists, so why not?

Maybe it's someone we least expect.

Everyone thought that Aqua wasn't so important. But if you see some BbS cutscenes. Or play the game.

i think a new character would suit the story better. also, its very unlikely that Mickey will be the main protagonist

I'm betting i have always thought this Xemnas will meet Ansem and they will merge. And bang Terra - Xehanort IS BACK.

Why not riku? I could be wrong but I recall reading that Nomura said that the new character is someone that the game slowly started to focus on. Riku had quite the story for awhile, and i'm sure people would really want to play as him. Mickey would disrupt the Disney/Square balance in the game, and Aqua was already a protagonist in BBS, why would they re-use her again? If anything i'd say riku...or i guess a new character

has any one noticed that if u look at xemnas then look at terra they look the same so xemnas is terra.

 

Xemnas is the nobody of Xehanort fuse with Terra

 

 

I think in the next game you will play Xehanort or so because of the things happen between BBS and KH1

I think they will put in a new character and a new world for that character.

At least that's what I'm hoping for.

 

But having Riku as the protagonist sounds good too. He does have quite a story after all, and I doubt they're done with him just yet.

If its a character slowly being focused on as the 2nd main protagonists I would guess it would be either Riku, Roxas, or Ventus because each character's roles are important but are slowly becoming more important each game pretty much.
