Monty Oum, the creator of Dead Fantasy is creating a new show, called RWBY {Red White Black Yellow} so far, there is a trailer which showcase what I believe is Red, a girl based off of Little Red Riding hood. It's incredibly badass, and the soundtrack so far sounds amazing!

That would be very awesome if she was voiced by Sheena. 

But... I still like the idea of a silent antagonist. It challenges the animators to animate emotions rather than strictly use dialogue. 

That's what I like about Neo, you can tell how she's feeling despite the fact she has no dialogue.

I still don't like Neo because she just comes off as the really OP character who just jumps in, messes things up for people, and then leaves without suffering any consequences. I hate characters like that. Not that I think she's poorly written, but... I just don't like her. lol

Probably lean towards not liking her, because she doesn't really do anything important and is just a plot device. I'm sure this will change, but I certainly don't understand the fandom love. Is it the punny name? It's probably the punny name.

Maybe it's also her design, fighting style, and the whole "silent but deadly" concept? Maybe it's just me. (If so, again add the trollish approach.) I guess I just don't buy into the "silent femme fatale" trope. In a series full of strong women with great personalities, why go for the one that doesn't appear to have any? Certainly, though, I look forward to seeing her develop as a character. I just don't want her to be a cheap excuse for a good fight.(also mmm mm that cosplay. And I don't even like cosplay.)

Just the arrival of Team CFVY, although very flashily, shows that the skill level between maybe first years and second years (I'm assuming that's what they are) are miles apart. And the professors taking down hoards with a simple shot or flick shows a bit more.

 

Neo just seems OP in comparison to Yang, who's pretty hotheaded (hehe) and relies on being hit herself to become powered up. The problem was, she wasn't landing hits, she wasn't matching blows, she couldn't figure out how to counter the little ice cream girl. 

 

I'm thinking the skill levels would be something like this.

(Lowest to Highest)

- Jaune (Sorry had to) ):

- Cardin's team (Huehuehue)

- Rest of first years

- Second years

- Mercury and Emerald may be equal to or better than second years.

- Other grades

- Professors and bad guys

- The special professors and bad guys

I like Neo. Like has been said above, her trollish attitude is fun and exhilarating to watch. The way she fights is creative and cool. I like her appearance as well. Now, as for personality and backstory, we don't really know much, but that's not to say there isn't much there. There is still time for her to be fleshed out as a character.
