Monty Oum, the creator of Dead Fantasy is creating a new show, called RWBY {Red White Black Yellow} so far, there is a trailer which showcase what I believe is Red, a girl based off of Little Red Riding hood. It's incredibly badass, and the soundtrack so far sounds amazing!

Ozpin knew Jaune's dad back when they were students or something and that's why Ozpin is letting him stay there. 'Cause we all know Ozpin is the Dumbledoore of RWBY. All knowing and whatnot.

Huh, it kinda does. I've always had the feeling that Adam was a high-ranking member in the White Fang.

Predictions for the RWBY Cast:Backstories (I'm only doing the main 4 and Jaune, so yeah...):

Ruby: Her mother died, based on the song, Red Like Roses Part II and that there is never any mention of her ever.  

Weiss: From the show, we know she's had a rough childhood, so she never really had any real friends.  Also, it is implied that her father beat her as a child because of the wars.Blake: Well we know quite a bit about Blake.  She was a member of the White Fang and she's a faunus.  Adam might be a high ranking official (like what Xiro said) in the White Fang and her caretaker.

Yang: Yang may be adopted or something of the sort, since Monty said they aren't real siblings.  This also correlates with her being Goldilocks and sort of sneaking into a house.  It could also be the either way around and Ruby is adopted.

Jaune: His family has a history of heroes/warriors.  His dad may be a friend of Ozpins or something.  Basically, one of his relatives has a relation to Ozpin and that is why he was accepted. 

I don't know enough about Pyrrha, Nora, and Ren to predict backstories, but I have some predictions for RWBY:1. Pyrrha is speculated to be Achilles, so there will definitely be a point where Pyrrha tries to save Jaune (her Achille's heel) and she gets hurt (since Monty says no one is gonna die) because of it.  It can also be one of the driving points for Jaune to be a better leader.2. There will be a dance.  From what I watched from the series, they never seem to waste any lines, especially since it's so short.  Why mention a dance if there is no dance?

3. Yang and Weiss will have their spat.  Monty, Miles and Kerry said that they will definitely get into a fight as Weiss did for the other two members.  I'm thinking it'll take place either in the tournament or something more comedic, like a guy. xP4. The tournament will be epic. lol.

5. Adam is actually working for the bad guys, but he doesn't want to.  He's probably forced to, to keep Blake safe or something.

 

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that's it.

 

TL;DR I like RWBY.

I'm wanting to change my name to a different RWBY character so if anyone wants to grab up Lie Ren just let me know. The reason being is that even though Ren is a very cool character, I can't portray or RP as him since I can't really relate to him. I rather some one else do justice to him than me.

Well, I just got finished watching the commentary. Monty didn't actually say no one would die, just that he needed a reason for the characters to take a lot of punishment without dying easily.
