I can't. It's kinda annoying.

It is. Just drink some chamomile tea, that usually helps me.

That sucks. :/

Just close your eyes and empty your mind. :3 Turn off all the lights, and hopefully you'll be able to get some rest.

or stay on kh13 until you fall asleep

I can't sleep either :/

or stay on kh13 until you fall asleep

Which is why I'm not asleep yet x3

read a book about a subject you think is boring. That oughta help

Watch this.

Stop thinking about tomorrow or anything about future. Think of a story that you like a lot and try to depict it to your mind. By the time you have come to the middle of the story you will be aslepp. That's what I do at least when I can't sleep. If this doesn't help drink something like a hot cup of chamomile or milk or a glass of water with some sugar if this doesn't help either take some pills for this purpose and sleep well :)

Try to empty your mind, relax, and not move at all. That's what works with me.

Sleeping pills, are really delish (i'm not allowed them on school nights though ):

You could pull an all-nighter so you are wrecked by the next night (for me this never works, I feel so groggy and tired through the day until about 8pm and suddenly i'm wide awake again)

Or, you can go sleep whenever you do but set an early alarm, so you're tired for later one.

The latter is normally recommended.

Weird I've been unable to sleep as well for the last month....having weird dreams; does this mean the keyblade will choose me soon

I have insomnia so I deal with that everyday.
