Since I'm a fan of RPG games and anime and since it is the most awaited anime of the summers, I decided to start watching it, and it exceeded my expectation, and now I ask, who else besides me on this site has been watching it and what do you think of it?

Just watched the episode 18, have to say that it was kinda pointless episode.. Nothing intresting happened.

Also I checked on lightnovels so my prediction is that this anime will have about 50 episodes if they are gonna do all of the arcs, it's possible that there will be few OVA's aswell consindering that there is few of those special chapters.

Then I tried to read that manga, oh god it was bad: drawings were just.. I can't even describe how bad those were.. .

dusk is right, episode 18 could have used more action, and yes the manga is awful, let's hope for something better this week...

You should also read the novel. It's the original story and it's better than the anime(anime still great tho)

is the story changed at all in the sword art online light novel? if not, than what chapter and volume is after ep 20? iwant to see what happens. but is the story different than in the anime?

I haven't seen much of a difference, other than the first arc added the short stories that were in the second volume. I think we're at the last chapter of vol 3 or the first of vol 4. Actually, I haven't seen the newest episode so it's probably the later. It's really good, though. I highly recommend reading the light novels ^^

i heard the light novel was a bit different from the anime but i''ll read it after the anime is done to avoid spoilers i guess

Man I hope they will make an english dub for this anime because it would be nice to finally sit back and just listen instead of trying to watch and read subtitles
