How do you think Sora will return in KH3?

I don't think he'll actually return as a master if that's what you're asking. Within KH's own universe being a Keyblade master...isn't actually all that important. It's mostly a fancy title that sometimes allows you certain knowledge but more often than not being a master has little baring on anything. Sora doesn't even care about being a master, he only took the exam because Yen Sid asked him to and because just going through the specific MoM that Yen Sid proctored allowed certain knowledge and maybe even to support Riku. 

 

Though master or not Sora will return ready (presumably) since he learned a bit of humility by the end of 3D, hence, him going back to the dream word.    

I guess he will be keyblade master in KH3. Probably at the end.

Hmmm I think he has to become a master, at the beginning in the middle or at the end of the KH3, but he definitely is going to be a Master 

Maybe it's all a lie. All that's going to happen is a huge plot-twist and Sora will go back to before all of KH even started.

 

In simpler words, I don't think he'll be keyblade master. Even if he did, it's probably gonna be in KH4 which will be released next century.

Yeah, I doubt Sora's going to become a Keyblade Master, unless he does in the very end of KH3.  He'll probably prove to be the greatest Keyblade wielder of all time, even without the title of Master.

This is probably true. I reckon that him not being a Keyblade Master is just to clarify he is not a guardian as he was not the initial chosen one of the Kingdom Key. Just because he's not a guardian of the light doesn't make him a greater force than a guardian. I'm sure if Kairi is the 7th light that Sora would be at least stonger than her, even if she had the same amount of experience.... I suppose that's more of a hunch than an educated guess though

I don't think Sora will become a Keyblade Master in KH3, I mean he really doesn't want to be one in the first case, he's not really bothered by Riku being a master and I think Sora is fine how he is already, just stay the same upbeat and proud Sora.

I hope he does become one but doffs the title like Yen Sid.

 

As Sora is a guardian of light Ajexmi, this has been established. It's Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Aqua, Ventus, and Terra. Lea is a gray zone though.

I don't really know if he will become a master beofre KH3. If he if going to be in ths game, it'd be in the end.

Of course Sora's a Guardian he's the main character. He was always going to wield the Kingdom Key, Ven's heart just let him access it sooner than if he hadn't. The Guardians are chosen by fate (probably by Kingdom Hearts itself) not Masters. Besides, If being a Master is a requirement of being a Guardian then only Riku, Mickey, and Aqua are Guardians. Maybe Terra if MX wasn't just blowing smoke when he called him "Master Terra". Yen Sid is retired so he doesn't count. Any way even if Sora and Terra  aren't Masters they each still have the power of one. Yen Sid himself said that the only reason Riku and not Sora was given the title is because Riku went above and beyond by diving into Sora's heart.

Sorry, I was trying to establish that the situation isn't Master = Guardian (I see how what I wrote looks off now, thanks!). Are any of the 7 actually confirmed by Nomura, btw? or are we going by common sense and educated guesses here? Thinking of Nomura here, we may as well be stabbing in the dark

Just becuase Sora has been the main protagonist in the past games doesn't mean he won't take a step back from centre stage. I feel Riku had as big a, if not more fundemental, role in 3D - We may well be looking at playing as multiple masters in KHIII (Bit far-fetched but wouldn't that be so damn cool?) but working LOGICALLY, yeah I agree Sora is a guardian, but I'd still say he's in the grey area due to MX's plan to use him as a vessel before.....

Yeah, so right now only the last Guardian is completely unknown. It could be Kairi, Roxas, Xion, Vanitas, or even Namine! (since, like Roxas, she's the nobody of a Keyblade wilder and, as such, should be able to wield one as well). The last four are highly unlikely though, However, Roxas is slightly more likely than the other three in that category.

 

From top to bottom, this is the likely hood of the identity of the Seventh Guardian of Light. Most likely at the top, least at the bottom.

Kairi (the secret ending points to her)

Lea (he has a Keyblade and is currently active)

Roxas (clues throughout 3D suggest his return)

Xion (if she returns)

Namine (same as Xion but her powers aren't combat based)

Vanitas (though, even if he came back, he would more than likely be on Xehanort's side. It would be ironic though, a creature of pure darkness being a Guardian of Light)
