C. Arms are limp at sides. He always holds his arms like that.

The second one could be Demyx, cuz

A. Brownish hair

First one Saix, Second one Xemnas. Kinda makes since when both of them are in charge of the Org. XIII, but the way that the second one has its hands on their hips makes me think it might be Xigbar.

the second one is probably xion and i was wondeering if it is how did she know who that is, i mean in KH 358/2 days when xion died all the memeries of her were whiped out.

The blue hair kinda gives a hint of Siax don't you think?And the other one could be Xion.Maybe this is a drawing that namine made in days.
