So, we know that they've revealed some organization members' original personas, but a lot of the organization members never really seemed villainous to me. Larxene seemed to be the most villainous with her actions, but can you see her not being a villain?

 

Asking this out of curiosity because Even, Ienzo, Aeleus, and Dilan don't come across as villains to me, even when they were nobodies. And obviously Lea isn't a villain; his character development and growth is the exact opposite of that. With Larxene telling Roxas to bang his head against glass, smacking Naminé, and always angering Sora, it would be interesting to see her original persona, if they show it. Thoughts on this?

I personally think Larxene is a b*tch evil. It would be an interesting plot twist if she really were a good person.

with that laugh of hers, she can NEVER be good

Larxene never appeared to be "good person material" to me. I can see her as being an anti-hero though. Like some kind of wanderer who only messes with the main heroes when she feels like it.

Well for me Larxene can only be good in a fake way but not good IN REAL. Even, while he was Vexen, was a bad guy as he was a traitor.Ienzo , Aeleus and Dilan , too.But all these guys in their real forms are good guys.One is a scientist , the other one is an orphan,lol, and the other two are guardians of Radiant Castle...As for Axel he was not a bad guy in his heart but his character was REALLY  irritating to me .(Also he killed Vexen and Zexion but anyways that was "The Superior's" orders) 

Obviously Larxene never went to school. She became a nobody before she could. That's why she's so bad. She's a bully & she likes it. Bitch!

I don't think she's villainous. Judging by her talk with (someone, forgot right now) she said she didn't want a heart back because it leads to being hurt. I wouldn't say she'd be evil, just a hurt bitter girl. She'd probably be a struggle at some point but Soras friendly kind nature would probably give her hope again, that not everyone is looking to hurt her.

She probably could. I mean she's not that much of a villain. She was a traitor to the org of course but overall isn't too much off a villain so she could probably make a good character.

In my opinion , Larxene will never be a good guy and what's more ,in my opinion again, she won't appear in the next Kingdom Hearts Game.Maye she is in a world in her real form but i think Mr.Nomura won't spend much time to Marluxia,Demyx,Larxene and Luxord including their real forms .....

I have been imagining a good Larxene since I spent a couple days in vacation last month. I think her personality and all was kind of made like that because she lacked a Heart. Maybe she wasn't as bad when she was human. She might have suffered a lot back then, so upon becoming a Nobody decided to take it up on innocent people. I certainly could see her and Marluxia as good. I want to see a good Larxene.

I truly believe that those who want to see the Organization as good guys are just putting the Leather Pants on Draco*.  Nobody or not, I can't for the life of me picture Larxene as good.  She and the rest of the Org bar Roxas and Xion are ultimately self-serving, or totally apathetic to anyone else's affairs.  Even Axel's conversion to "good" came from his own agenda, not because he gives a rat's ass about the greater good or anyone but himself and those who he cares about.  Larxene is the worst of the bunch in that she's the only one who's actively cruel, not merely callous and calculating.  Showing her as good after everything she's done would come literally out of nowhere because it would have zero prior buildup.
