December 31, 201213 yr If all else fails, you can buy a portal gun. But I'd try what Keys and Othersider said first.

December 31, 201213 yr Drop and try again, also be sure you've zoomed in on the bottom screen, and that its not actually a level below or above you instead (I did this in pp thinking why can't I open this portal, when it was on a shelf above me.
