So in khdays around 200-300 Xibar see's Xion as Ventus when he's battling her. And how come Axel dosn't see her as Ventus and just Xion. Then after he's done battling her Axel lets her go why

Xion looks different to everyone. Roxas and Axel see her as herself because they are her friends. Xigbar sees her as Ventus because he has met Ventus who has a connection to Sora, whose memories were used to create Xion. Saix saw nothing but a puppet and Xemnas either saw her as Sora or Ven (dont know which.) When she was created she didn't have a face but Roxas began to pour some of Sora's memories into her, and since many of sora's memories had Kairi, Xion looks similar to Kairi.

Xemnas probably didn't want him screwing with Xions fight again. Xion just got lucky and won. Probably used a Limit.

It was probably because Xion is his friend and he knew that Xemnas would either eliminate her or tinker with her to get her to work to his liking because she attacked Xigbar.

It could also be because he is tired of the Organization screwing with his friends and their friendship.

Until the fight between xigbar and xion/ventus, axel (according to the secret reports in that game) sees xion as namine. according to a source, after that battle when xion took off her hood infront of axel, he saw sora, but i myself cant confirm that, it does seem likely though,

 

xion's appearence is mainly based through the memories of the person looking at her, and the appearance is based on anyone they've seen who is 'connected' to sora, so if sora had some how seen xion, he could have possibly seen kiari, riku, or himself

I think what Axel had seen in the mission at Wonderland where Xigbar saw her as Ventus was the same as what Roxas saw - Sora.

Does that explain the Snarl of Memories cutscene, then? At that point in the timeline, Day 276, Zexion had been dead for a long while, yet he showed up. If it was a dream Roxas was having, then he saw The-Face-In-Question, and saw her as Xion, because that's who he knew her as. But then when Xion turns out to be Zexion, directly afterward the Riku from Re:CoM is revealed behind Roxas, then their whole little dialouge thing. If I'm not mistaken, didn't that scene take place on Destiny Islands? And then that whole thing with Zexion and Riku where Zexy blamed him for destroying the islands, plus he's the one that told Riku that Sora was in C.O.(The Sora relation, maybe?), and brought up some old memories? Course... that's just one little insane girl's theroy...
