Just do what you can.

I voted yes, but keep in mind slice-of-life Org. fanfics are a dime a dozen.  It's easy to fall into the same traps almost all of them do, namely:

-The emphasis on silliness and/or cuteness at the expense of substance.

-Getting everyone OOC.  The Organization in general aren't particularly nice people, and there's more to Roxas and Xion than being cute and flabbergasting Axel (and perhaps others) in the process with their innocence/ignorance, and Axel isn't an immature prankster who ropes Roxas into his schemes.  Actually think about who the characters are--you can be silly and cute and still do this, and it'll work better because it's believable.

-If you're fitting the fic into canon, keep in mind they're an Organization of villains who do not-very-nice things because they're (mostly) not-very-nice people.  Do what you wish in the fic, but canon takes precedence.

-Shipping, shipping, SHIPPING.  God, they're a squad of villains, not an orgy.  Roxas is one of the most popular characters and having a certain ship, no matter what it is, excludes a huge chunk of audience.  Ships are Serious Business, after all, so be cautious if you're using them.  I'd recommend not shipping anyone at all in order to keep the most audience... unless they're specifically looking for romance, which in that case, firetruck them, they have thousands of other fics to pick from.

-Poor spelling, grammar, and prose.  That affects fanfiction in general, but I just thought I'd point int out.

So, just be forewarned there are common trends among these sorts of fic, and it'll be difficult to stand out unless you really know what you're doing and you know what everyone else has done.  Writing quality is important, but that's a different story; I'm focusing on subject matter.  Go for it, but be strategic.

Go for it. Good luck to you! :)

Go for it. Like Dracozombie was saying, there are some pit falls to be watched, but that's true with any type of story telling.

I'm quite interested in seeing how it goes. You usually do pretty good keeping things canon while trying to add in.
