For more information on this role-play, please visit the sign-ups and discussion thread: http://kh13.com/forum/topic/51791-inside-the-organization-rp-sign-ups/

NOTE: I'll be posting here when Organization members become available. Currently, Xaldin is available. If you would like this character, please post in the sign-ups or PM me.

Due to current scenarios taking place, the following characters are temporarily available: Sora, Riku, Riku Replica, Namine, Pence, Hayner, DiZ.  Please note that these characters may not be present for long, though it'd be great if we could find players to take these roles for now.  If interested, please post in the signups, here, or PM me!

This is the official role-play for Inside the Organization. Here is where the fourteen members of Organization's fate will be decided by its players. Organization members will go on missions designated by Xemnas and Saix, as well as take part in other personal endeavors of their own. The time this RP takes place in is at the beginning of 358/2 Days. However, there is no need to follow the 358/2 Days storyline. In fact, it'd probably be all the more interesting if we change it up a little. For example, Roxas and Axel could be enemies, or Vexen and Marluxia could be working together to overthrow the Organization together. It's all up to you.

I would highly recommend following this topic, so that way you'll get a notice when activity occurs and won't have to check back here as frequently for updates. (Not to mention it'll probably help you keep on top of things.)

Our current players are:

  • [*]No. I: Xemnas -- FictionalCharacterWish [*]No. II: Xigbar -- RikunobodyXIII [*]No. III: Xaldin -- temporarily filled by FictionalCharacterWish [*]No. IV: Vexen -- Mystics Apprentice [*]No. V: Lexeaus -- Dave [*]No. VI: Zexion -- Mystics Apprentice [*]No. VII Saix -- Lunar Berserker [*]No. VIII: Axel -- Pretium [*]No. IX: Demyx -- X-Blade_Wielder [*]No. X: Luxord -- Sikota Urinakano [*]No. XI: Marluxia -- Dave [*]No. XII: Larxene -- Yuffie Kisaragi [*]No. XIII: Roxas -- Silver Kuroi [*]No. XIV: Xion -- Sora's Baby

Temporary characters: (these are characters that exist to fit the current scenario; they aren't permanent and could disappear with the course of the RP.)

  • Sora -- Lunar Berserker
  • Riku -- (currently available; will be taken by Sikota Urinakano after Castle Oblivion)
  • Riku Replica -- Yuffie Kisaragi
  • Naminé -- Lunar Berserker
  • Hayner -- X-Blade_Wielder
  • DiZ -- Obi-Wan

An important note regarding dropping characters! If, for any reason, you'd like to drop out of this role-play at any time, please contact me. I won't mind a bit, but I'd like to make your character available to others who'd be interested in picking up your role. In addition, if you've been absent from the role-play for one week, your character will be considered abandoned and will be made available for other players. If there's a particular reason why you'll be absent for a week but would still like your character, please contact me; I'd be happy to hold onto your character. This is so that the role-play can remain as lively as possible, and that way everyone gets a fair chance at playing characters they want.

Now, then, here's the opening situation for Organization XIII:
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Demyx, Luxord, Saix, and Xigbar are in the Gray Room. Saix has recently received an important letter from Xemnas, which he has yet to open. Demyx and Luxord are sitting on the couches, doing something to entertain themselves. Xigbar has just returned from a mission in Agrabah.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roxas and Xion have just completed a mission in Beasts Castle, to which they must RTC... But they can stop for ice cream, if they so choose.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marluxia, Axel, and Larxene are in Castle Oblivion. They can return at any time, or they can stay and complete whatever it is they're doing. (Ultimately your choice.)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Vexen has just entered the room Where Nothing Gathers to speak with Xemnas, giving him a report on how his experimentations with the replicas are going. Zexion is also leaving the room Where Nothing Gathers, as Xemnas has sent him to Castle Oblivion to oversee the events there.

If you'd like an update on what's currently going on, just PM me and I'd gladly fill you in.  Also, if you've been sent on a mission and are unsure of how it should progress, feel free to ask me for some suggestions!

Remember: the more you post, the more active and lively the role-play is, so please try to as frequently as you can. :)

And now, let this role-play commence! Hope everyone has a good time! Should you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a PM or ask in the sign-ups.

Hey everyone, I just wanted to drop a line and gauge interest on this RP.  This is the first one I've hosted, and I'm afraid I didn't do a very good job at it.  I hadn't realized that I would need a m

(Sikota: Nah, it's fine; you can make Riku be the cloaked version.  The timeline has a lot of kinks and problems at the moment anyway, and since this is basically an alternate universe we could easily make Riku be the blindfolded, cloaked one. :))

(Lunar Berserker: Sending Vexen to search for two non-existent role-players, eh?  Brilliant!  If he finds them, I will finally be one of those individuals who believes in something called "miracles." :P)

(X-Blade_Wielder: He's yours!  Currently I'd set him with Pence in Twilight Town to greet Roxas and Xion, but we can change that if you'd like.  Just let me know where you'd like to start him.)

Atlantica had many coves and corridors, with everything looking nearly the same.  It could've been quite easy for one to get lost in the endless waters.  What Demyx and Luxord were intended to report was probably uncertain to the two, as nothing held much significance to comment on.  It wasn't until they'd been swimming later than an alluring female's voice beckoned them.

More merfolk?!  Brilliant!  Whatever are you two doing here in Atlantica, I wonder?

It came from a cave up ahead, leaving Demyx and Luxord to wonder at it in bewilderment.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"What is this?"  Vexen snapped, jerking upright.  Finally when he thought he'd manage to get some shut eye with Demyx out of the castle, it had to be spoiled with Saix sending him on some stupid ordeal:  a mission of little significance to the scientist.  "I never go out gathering lost colleagues!  Why not send one of the children to go do it for you?  I'm a scientist, I have more important things to tend to."  However irritated Vexen was by the disturbance, he leapt from the bed and briskly strode past Saix anyway.

"Besides," he added over his shoulder.  "I am number four and you are merely number seven!  I know you may be second in command, but that doesn't give you the right to order me around like some second-rate servant!"

(Actually, could I have Riku Replica?)

Larxene sighed. "No, Zexion, I do not know who broke that machine. Don't touch the thing." Larxene said, standing up. Her eyes fell on the moniter that was observing Sora. "I'm going to toy with him a bit. Spawn some heartless on him or something." She spoke, a bit tired. She started towards the stairs. She walked past Axel, and shocked him a little. "We won't." She retorted.

(Never mind. Outbid.)

(My, Riku Replica's certainly popular! :P  Since Yuffie asked first, I'm afraid I'll have to give him over to her.  Sorry, Rikunobody. :( Would you be interested in Sora or Pence instead?  I know Lunar wasn't sure if they wanted both...)

Saix smirked at Vexen's words, personally he thought being second in command gave him every right to order Vexen places. But at least the scientist was still going to go on the mission. Saix turned around and went into Vexen's now vacant room, shutting the door quietly behind him. He walked over to a drawer that he knew contained Vexen's secret files, and opened it, doing something he didn't generally agree with; snooping through other peoples things.

"Now so long as Xigbar doesn't decide to come snooping around this way, I should be good until Vexen gets back," Saix muttered under his breath, flipping through Vexen's research files. Perhaps he had something in them that could help Saix obtain what he was after.

Marluxia laughed mockingly as Zexion accused him, waiting until Axel had left before speaking. "Ah, of course. Vexen's beloved replicas! I'm sure he's handling that remarkably well, with his legendary patience and understanding." Taking no small amount of pleasure from the perpetual look of distaste that Zexion seemed to reserve for him, Marluxia nodded. "Well, then, I would hate to be the cause of grief to one of our... esteemed elders. I did indeed happen to come into contact with his machine."

Quickly, he raised a cautionary finger to stop any interruption. "Don't fret: it was not out of malicious intent. You see, our dear Vexen was clearly occupied with so much on his mind that he forgot we were expecting visitors." Next to the monitor showing the likeness of Sora dashing about the upper floors was another screen, depicting a much darker part of the castle, where a young boy with silver hair was just beginning to wake up.

"Though I'm sure it troubled me greatly to do so without asking, I moved his machines aside where they might be safer." Marluxia shrugged sadly. "If it broke, well, I don't believe I can be blamed for poor craftsmanship."

It was, Marluxia thought, a good enough story. And it wasn't entirely a lie: he had just omitted to tell what else he had been doing with Vexen's machine...

Hearing the voice of Namine, Number XI glanced down at the girl, a knowing, victorious grin hovering on his face. "Besides, what need do we have of replicas when I might..." Marluxia paused for a milisecond, realizing the use of the pronoun "I", but decided to continue. "...have the authentic Keyblade?" Then, to Namine, "Oh, my dear Namine. How irresponsible of me would it be to allow a young girl to roam around a labyrinth on her own? I couldn't bear the thought of you being lost." The  lack of warmth in his voice made it clear that it wasn't her wellbeing that he was worried about losing. Then, snatching the hint of an idea, "But, if you were to be guarded, well, I don't see why not."

He turned to Zexion. "What do you say, Zexion? Would you care to keep a watch over our young guest for a little bit?"

(*Sniff* I know. I'll...I'll make it. Some...how....)

(Heh, okay, fake crushed feelings aside, I can play Sora.)

(Sure rikunobodyxiii, you can have Sora. :) I would rather hang on to Naminé though.)

Naminé looked up at Zexion, her blue eyes hopeful. Anything to get out of sitting in that room with Marluxia and Larxene, they both greatly frightened her. "Please Zexion? I promise I won't cause any trouble," she said.

(Cool. Thanks, Lunar (: )

Xion just stood there not knowing how to act. Then finally she spoke."That's..um alright..I'm sure it didn't hurt." She said.

She looked at the two trying to read anything. "I'm Xion and this is Roxas by the way." She added on after.

(Short post)

Roxas looked at Xion, bewildered. "Of course it hurt! I just took a ball to the face!" He cried, out, standing back up after having been knocked out by the kids' ball. "Jeez.." He muttered, wiping his face a bit. He went over to pick up the ball, tossing it back to the dark-haired teen.

"Here." He said, sighing.

Saix shut the drawer grumpily. From the looks of it Vexen had absolutely nothing that would help him. He decided to leave before Vexen found him looking through his things, he could only imagine all of the problems that would ensue from that, not to mention he would have to explain why he was looking through Vexen's things, something he didn't want Xemnas knowing. Saix headed back out of Vexen's room and leaving the door open behind him, he stalked back down the hall to The Gray Room. The room was entirely empty, something that rarely occurred within in that room.

Saix strode over to a window and looked at Kingdom hearts. He frowned, his eyebrows furrowing together. He had been waiting for his heart for far too long now, and he was growing impatient.

This was a interesting situation. Wonderland in itself was a frustrating place with the creatures, locals, and other things layering the law defying world. Which explained why he couldn't find Xaldin or find the RTC anywhere in sight. "Why did he even send me here....?" This wasn't the preferred world for 'The Silent Hero'. Though he still had to find Xaldin or find the RTC in the first place. "I do hope this is worth it." Worth the pain of trudging through this insane place. Now where could of Xaldin go? Somewhere high and/or now extremely windy seemed to be the best place to look.

(You gonna use DiZ in this rp? If so i'd love to play him.)

{I'll try my hand with Xaldin if nobody minds. It'll just be temporary though so anyone can take him still if they want. 'Kay?}

----

Xaldin was ticked.

First off, he was sent to a world that made no sense (A door behind a door? Seriously?).

Secondly, he had somehow easily gotten lost within the hedge maze of said world while looking for his target.

Third, the Heartless types in that world were extremely annoying.

Lastly, a Grey Caprice decided to follow him and wouldn't leave him alone!

With an exasperated growl, Xaldin finally summoned one of his lances and slashed at the Heartless... only for it to teleport behind him and launched an attack of its own. Xaldin easily evaded it and tried attacking again, but with the magic spell Aero. It teleported once again and mimicked another teleportation shot.

This went on for about 5 minutes, with the Grey Caprice bouncing around and Xaldin no closer to defeating the pest.

Fed up, he finally swung at it and when it vanished, he whirled around and threw a Firaga to its destined spot. The blast incinerated it competely, leaving nothing but ash.

Straightening up, he called out. "Did you find the target, Lexaeus?"

"Not yet, Xaldin. I don't know how it's possible to find anything in these mazes."

Skysplitter vanished from his hands while his hood, even after all of the running/dodging/escaping, managed to keep his fac concealed. He didn't want anyt of the locals to remember him from the last time he was here.

"Do you have any ideas on how to find it?"

Because this mission was getting really out of hand.

If they could find it, wherever it was, then he could hand destroying easily enough.

"Where is it hiding?"

Surely it would be laughing at them by now.

Where'd that crazy cat go? It was insane but it usually pointed you in the right direction.

Hayner was walking with his hands behind his head with one of his friends Pence to the Ice cream shop to get some sea-salt "Come on we have to hurry before they run out again..." he said as he started to run towards the shop with Pence.

"I'd rather be here for the rest of my life then Castle Oblivion" Demyx said as he was swimming in complete circles he was very facinated with Atlantica.

"Well thats enough playing around, lets get done so we can head back I guess" he said and continued to swim forward with Luxord

(Sora is now being filled by RikunobodyXIII.  It is now up to you if you'd like to continue where Lunar had left him, or choose to start him elsewhere.  From the looks of things, it seems most members are under the assumption that he's somewhere within Castle Oblivion, perhaps about to face Larxene.)

(So, I take it Pence is still available )

(I'm temporarily filling him until someone comes around and snags him.  But if you'd like him, all you have to do is say the word and he's yours. ;))

{I'll try my hand with Xaldin if nobody minds. It'll just be temporary though so anyone can take him still if they want. 'Kay?}

Sweet; thanks!  (Wow, Vexen actually is going to find them...amazing, haha!)

(Yay I get DiZ.)

Yup, he's all yours!  You're welcome to start him anywhere that you see fit, though at this point Namine is still in Castle Oblivion with Marluxia and Larxene.  The timeline is a little twisted in comparison to the games, though, so I believe Riku is his blindfolded self.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In Twilight Town, Roxas, Xion, Hayner, and Pence stand, looking at each other a little awkwardly.  At the suggestion of ice cream coming from Hayner, Pence takes the ball from Roxas and smiles sheepishly.  "Thanks, and sorry again about the ball"--he paused, as though having to think it over long and hard--"To, um, pay you back, how about you come with my friend, Hayner, and I for some ice cream?  Do you like seasalt?"  Gesturing to Xion, the dark-haired teen added, "And your girlfriend's welcome to come with us."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Zexion's expression was one difficult to read.  Truthfully, he was concerned very little for Vexen's replicating device.  After the creation of Xion and the Riku Replica, he really thought it needed to be put to rest, as these individuals truly weren't proving to help them any and they were merely wasting souls that would never be.  Brushing his steel-blue locks from his face, he turned to Marluxia and said, "I admire your honesty, Marluxia, even if it is the first time I've heard you utter it.  Vexen, however, will likely not be as appreciative as I am in the matter.  And, personally"--Zexion's lips curved slightly into a smirk--"I'd hate to be you when he finds out that you're responsible."

The cloaked schemer then turned his attention onto the girl, who looked at him with desperate, sullen eyes.  He was heartless; he'd come to live for many years without his inner emotions and, yet, something about the girl's expression haunted him.  Letting out a sigh, Zexion shook his head to clear it.  "I do not see why our gracious host cannot show you around the castle," said Zexion.  "But, fine: I suppose I can spare a moment and give you a brisk tour of Castle Oblivion.  Though, I must admit there is not much to see; it all looks relatively the same."

Gently placing a hand on the young girl's back, the teen led her from the room, pausing in the doorway to turn and ask, "Say, what is the current state of Vexen's imperfect replica?  Have you been treating it well, I hope?"

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Vexen brushed himself off briskly upon entering Wonderland.  He hadn't frequented the world in quite some time, yet it hardly changed a bit.  The table before him was still set as though ready for a tea party, with dishes and party streamers strewn all about.  For some reason, festivities always irked the scientist, and this was no exception.  He brashly kicked the teapot out of his path, which shattered into a thousand pieces.

"Sending me here like this is such a disgrace!" he sneered, throwing his arms in the air as he proceeded through the gate into the Queen of Heart's gardens.  "Let's hope Xaldin and Lexeaus aren't off galabanding or doing something foolish." With that, the scientist got lost amongst the hedges and rosebushes.

Hayner stopped dead in his tracks and came back when Pence asked that question about wanting to come with them he whispered to his friend so Roxas and Xion wouldnt hear "Why are you always picking up stray puppies Pence? You know I don't like that" he shook his head in disapproval then turned to the two and gave a sigh and a small frown.

  • Author

"But come on, Hayner!"  Pence whispered urgently.  "We've got to take them along.  I mean, I hit that poor guy in the face with our ball!  It's the very least we can do."  Looking to Roxas apologetically, Pence held out his hand.  "I'm sorry, I never fully introduced myself.  I'm Pence, and this here is Hayner. What're your guys' names?"

The shouting, grating his eardrums like it had for years, almost made him want to let the scientist continue yelling.

"So Vexen got sent? Must be because we had yet to return....."

A small, cold chill caught him. He must be pretty close by now.

"Vexen. You where the one choosen to come after us?"

Something about the situation made smile, if only slightly, under the hood. Vexen would never just willingly take a mission from Saix.

"We've had trouble finding our target."

That was probably laughing at them still. No wonder most members hated Wonderland.

(The funny thing about DiZ is that we really don't have a clue where he was a good bit of the time. Actually, could the target be DiZ? Obviously Xemnas wouldn't be to keen on lettin him run around.)

"He'll be alright, its not like he had a severe injury anyway but whatever they can come this one time but no more stray puppies" Hayner watched them introduce themselves "yea yea we're done with the intros can we go now before they sell out again?" he said looking at Pence and the other two new people.

(I'll just stick with where Lunar started Sora off.)

{Sora}

Sora strained his eyes to see in the gloom. He heard the creak of wood and the smell of the sea filled his nostrils.

"Oh yeah." he said, it coming back to him. "I remember this place. I wonder if I'll find Peter or Tink here."

He saw movement out of the corner of his eye. He looked around and saw a Pirate Heartless rise from the shadows.

"Don't you guys every lay off?" Sora quipped as he summoned his Keyblade.

{Xigbar}

Xigbar sat up on his bed. Bored. He teleported over to the Grey Room.

"All alone, moon boy?" he asked.

  • Author

"Well, there you two are!"  Vexen called, stumbling over a large, prickly plant on his way towards them.  He barely caught himself before toppling to the ground.  It was quite clear that Vexen was now--for lack of a better word--vexed.  "Do you have any idea what I've been through to find you?"  Though, truthfully, the poor scientist had hardly been through anything; he was merely sour that his sleep had been disrupted.  "I say we abandon this wild goose chase and forget about that target!  There's more important things we could pursue, I'm sure."

(Sounds like a great idea to make the target DiZ; I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in mind. :))

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The pirate heartless swarmed Sora from every angle, bearing down on him relentlessly with swords bared.  Just when Sora was starting to get overwhelmed by the massive heard of these creatures, a glowing ball the size of a baseball came floating through the sky.  Iridescent, shimmering sparkles of gold fell from the ball, which caused the creatures to freeze in place.  The ball then hovered before Sora, its light dimming slowly.  In the center of the glow, a tiny female fairy could be made out.  She bounced up and down frantically, trying to relay a message to Sora soundlessly.

"Yes but the target is DiZ." Our king before this, Ansem the Wise.

"Xemnas wouldn't approve if we don't do something to him." Even if it's a terrible thought after everything.

"Just be thankful Zexion isn't here on this one."

Still the more reasonable question was where he went.

"Though catching him might be the harder part."

The former king knew how all of the, fought, acted, and presud.

In simple, the task at hand, it would be very difficult.

Three. Even, Aeluse, and Dilan.

They couldn't give up the search for him any time soon. At last not without a fight.

"I hate for my former apprentices to make me do this but-" I will do what I have to. Xehanort must be banished from existence.

Watching keenly from his spot, he readied himself to begin his little plan of sorts.

"It is unforunate they decided to stay with him. Even if they knew the evils he had created."
