Playing Video Games with Friends Dat cursed friends and parent

Posted

That time when you're better than your friend and their parents force you to allow them to win, resulting in you having NO FUN at all. You may as well not even play.

Most of my friends are active gamers who, like me, have been playing longer than they can remember. Unless it's the first time a friend is playing a specific game and they are still learning the ropes, I generally show no mercy.

Used to hate when my parents made me let my siblings win.

I know that feel. But then I tell them to stop being stupid, because you only get better if you play someone better than you. That may be why I play YCS champs and not being able to beat them, yet not being discouraged.

I never had someone force me to do the same but I do feel bad when I play against a person who barely knows a game and I overkill them 60x a row.

I usually show no mercy and destroy them, despite them asking me to go easy lool

I'm usually that one friend that's fortunate enough that my opponent is letting me win for once haha, even if their parents force them to let me win :P but when I'm not I go all out, but I feel kind of bad about it.
