ok so i know that there probably wasnt any reason too, but does anyone else find it awkward that KH358/2 days didn't get a remake? like an FM title or a RE title. All it gets are the movie cutscenes in HD 1.5 Remix.

re: coded probably isn't being remade either. None of them are. They're not remakes... they are remasters. As far as remakes go, 358/2 Days is closer than any of them, what with it's entirely new footage and layout.

Re: coded is the least remake of them. Compare it to the mobile version and it's about the same. Re:Com is definitely a remake though. Undeniable.

 Thought he meant 2.5 remix, and was mistakenly thinking coded was being given a full playable version. Not thinking straight.

We've received no information at this stage about any remakes.

To be honest, when I opened this thread, I was expecting this:
"Only game that wasn't remade besides DDD"

Mostly because I thought you meant the remasters.

I recal reading that they wanted to remake it in hd an stuff but it would take too long to do (like a yr of I remember right) so they decided to just redo the cutscenes.

i doubt re:coded will be HD Theatre Mode. the controls for that game were like bbs in a way and the only thing about it that stood out was the game play which was SUPER FUN. the only thing they would have to do is HD the character models and backgrounds, and change controls which i think square is very capable of. Re:coded didnt have much of a story either anyways.

I agree, what on earth could you possibly do with coded for theatre mode? the story didn't hold any value. But then again, Days also had nearly all worlds remade in HD (Twilight Town, Wonderland, Agrabah, Halloween Town, Neverland) and still they wouldn't make it playable. you'd say it'd be pretty easy to just set up some missions in those worlds, it's just a matter of programming what heartless to appear.but the biggest let down was: WE DID NOT EVEN GET TO DO XION'S BOSSFIGHT!!! comee'onnn!!
