I want to know people's opinion on this.


To be honest i quite agree with what he says. It's wrong to hit people in general, but in some cases it can be right to do so as well.

I once saw a video of a group of school girls bullying an autistic girl. (That's just motherf___ing low).
Did that autistic girl do something to them? If she did, can autistic people really control what they do?
Everytime i think of that video i can't help but wish i was there so i could just walk up and punch all of those ^$%(@s in the face.

Hitting people doesn't solve anything honestly. Gender doesn't matter. It's wrong.

I don't believe in the use of violence...Ever. Be a Man or a Women it dosen't matter to me. But when you have a 6'4 250 pound man against his 5'4 120 pound girlfriend...well...That's just shitty

Lt.Random, it's not in some cases if it would happen, the bitches wouldnt care for you. There is no justice in this world.

If a woman was going to try to kill you. Hitting them would be excusable. I believe in equal rights but I don't think it's ok to hit a woman. The reason being women are weaker than men. There is no way around it. That is the way we have been bread throughout the years. It wouldn't be fair to hit a woman if you went after her in anyway other than to protect your life or the life of someone else.

 

Violence does, sometimes, solve problems. People need to accept that. But if a woman is causing a problem and you are a man. You try to solve the problem with your words.

Okey dokey, let's begin. The whole idea of no violence against women is made on the basis that the majority of women are smaller and physically weaker than men, and therefore it is much easier for a man to be physically threatening to a woman than another man. In a way, it's similar to how hitting children is wrong, because they're so much smaller and more defenseless. In the case of that image you posted, the statement, I believe, is referring to domestic related issues. As in, "it doesn't matter what she did to displease you," as opposed to, "women can do whatever the hell they want without consequences." So the picture is good because it promotes a less violent outlook on life, but as others have stated there are situations where hitting a woman (or anybody) can be seen as not bad. E.g. getting physically assaulted by a women, possibly with a weapon. 

So yeah, in conclusion, the point to take away from this image is, just because women are 'weaker' than you doesn't mean you can physically exercise your authority towards them. You wouldn't do it to a guy who was just as big as you; you wouldn't do it to a child; so don't do it to anyone.

Though now I practice Aikidou so I will always be able to defend myself without throwing any blows.  But if it's self-defense, any gender should have the right to defend themselves.  And there are some really strong women out there.  With nails.  Even if I were a guy, I would be terrified of them if I were attacked.

I don't believe in hitting a woman for any reason other than self defense. Hell, I don't believe in hitting ANYBODY for any reason other than self defense. But, that guy made a valid point, if your a feminist, being all about the sexes being equal, then shouldn't you have no problem with women getting hit? If you think the sexes are equal, (which they are), then shouldn't you also believe that any valid reason to hit a man is a valid reason to hit a woman? I don't agree with that, like I said, only when it's self defense is it ever appropiate, but it is kind of a flaw in the logic.

If a girl as you said, is out to murder you then by all means protect yourself, of course! Gender doesn't matter, there are bad people in all different shapes and forms.

 

I think this means though, "don't hit a woman for no reason or for a ratty verbal argument" because, by nature, men TYPICALLY (throwing that "typically" in there to avoid any lurking feminists) are more physically powerful than women. Therefore, it always has the possibility of making it an "unfair" fight. Unless you're playing dirty and kicks to the balls/hair pulling happens.

 

Things like domestic violence, on EITHER side? Not okay. Defending yourself from even the sexiest woman you've ever seen? If you value your life then hell, it's damn okay!

In the name of self defense, you're damn right I'll hit a woman. But only when they leave me no other option. >w>

The only time I think it's okay to hit somebody is when they hit me first, so I think it's perfectly fine if a man/ze hits a women as long as she hits them first.
