Good so now we cant have people spamming you into a hard to escape combo like with Kirby's standard A and Fox's. Although i hope this goes for the Fan item too. That is really broken.

I love the fan though. I find it comedic the way it is.

the A fan spam isn't as unescapable as a short charged(Smash+direction) fan spamming

 

Trust me it's more terrifying especially if you're playing the giant mode (like Giant Melee in Melee and setting the size to giant in brawl)

Someone apparently missed the trailer from just a few weeks ago, and clearly hasn't ever followed a Smash Bros game before. They deal the news out slowly on their website, not through constant trailers. Wait until E3 for a big trailer.

Well, Smash Bros doesn't follow the traditional way of announcing news for the game. You either follow the website, or you wait for the big trailers that they have once or twice a year. This current game seems like it's going to end up having more trailers than Brawl did, anyway. In fact, I think it already has had more trailers.

The trailers for Smash, in particular, go in a certain order: Reveal Trailer, Newcomer Trailers, Release Date, and Launch Trailer.

That's only been since Brawl. I don't remember it having that many trailers, though. All I remember are the announcement trailer, which included Snake, one for Sonic, and then another one. Of course, I'm just going off of what was on the Brawl disc. I was in 5th grade when Brawl came out, so I didn't ever think to look up trailers or anything, so I'm not 100% sure.

What? I just said I didn't follow Wii news. I stopped following Nintendo news since it bored me.

Yeah, this game's being a lot more frequent trailer-wise. I'm glad that we're getting detailed trailers for the newcomers, it helps to see how they work in action instead of having to figure it out through pictures. It also makes it a lot more exciting. I'm just not sure how they'll get to show all the newcomers by release at their current rate, I get the idea that they won't make trailers for the hidden characters.

Calm down. I still follow Super Smash Bros news, just not through Nintendo sources.

 

I follow everything Square Enix since I'm press.

 

I only follow IGN since I don't have room in my timeline or subscriptions for many things.

To be honest, I kinda like that we haven't seen any yet. It makes it more of a surprise when we do. I doubt that anyone we've seen is secret, they all seem more like characters we'd start with. If there are hidden veterans, then they might be shown to avoid making fans mad (Like Ness, I think he'll be unlockable again). Anyone else is fair game, though.
