Hey there everyone, how's it going?  You know, I think that it's really sad to see our beautiful world slowly rotting because of all the chaos ensuing around us.  Nowadays things are getting worse, and we're seeing such sad things on the news, such as more people dying from cancer, family killing among themselves, parents raping their children, kids being introduced to porn at such a young age, and all other things like that.  It's sad to see how kids these days, kids no older than 5, are so perverted and they talk about things that only a teenager would know.  At that age, kids are supposed to think of nothing more than toys and watch cartoons and enjoy their childhood, nothing else than that.  And also, nowadays childhood is drastically different.  When we were all children, our childhood was with toys, coloring books, simple things like that, but modern children mostly use IPad's or other electronic things. Instead of going outside and enjoying the day, they stay stuck in the house with their electronic equipment.  Childhood only comes once you know, and you have to enjoy it as best as you can!  Also, another thing that saddens me is how poor the educational system is.  I graduated from High School, and I've seen how teachers practically don't give a damn about their students, and only a very small few actually do their job right.  And right now where I'm working (which is a summer camp in school, go figure.) there is no order among the kids.  They run amok and don't listen to their teachers, but the teachers don't do a damn thing, leaving the assistants such as myself to keep order.  Kids need a good education, but with teachers that don't do their job well, how do you think that'll turn out?  Something that I also think is not right is the discrimination of a person simply because of their sexual orientation.  I'm straight and I'll never be gay, but I do respect the gay/lesbian community.  If they are happy like that, then who am I to stop them?  Sometimes gay couples live happier than normal couples, and the fact that they are discriminated so much is just so sad.  I for one think that all human beings deserve happiness, no matter how they are.  You know, the sad thing is, that future generations will have to bear witness to humanity's downfall.  It's saddening to think that our grandchildren or grand-grandchildren will be born into a world of chaos.  Unless we do something to make a better world, future generations will suffer the consequences of our actions.

Don't worry. The future generations won't suffer, mostly because of the rapidly increasing probability that there won't be a future

remember back when there was no free education for children and when men used to sell and marry their daughters off before they were even teenagers

AND OH NO

NOT THE PORNO

ANYTHING BUT THE PORNOGRAPHY

I wouldn't say it's declining in the ways you think it is buddy.

The main thing I find depressing about technology (apart from obviously 8 year olds with iPhones, kids should be talking and playing, not texting and browsing the web) is that so many people have to make the effort to arrange to hang out and text meet ups instead of just turning up at your door like they did when I was a kid.  The only people who've turned up randomly at my house is a drunken class mate, a drunken ex, and a drunken mate from town who happened to be drinking in a park near my house.

I think the education, least in my (secondary) school is fine, there are probably about 2/3 teachers out of the whole lot who have no respect among the students and would be ignored in class.  My first primary school was very disciplined, the second I went to was not and a lot of kids got away with doing no work (when I first arrived in P6, they were learning criteria I had learned in P3 in my old school).

Teaching is meant to be a vocation as well, not just a job, yet I know teachers who were doing other degrees (Games development, literature, etc, a straight course not related to teaching), saw there was no jobs in their desired field and they slapped on another year for a teaching degree and went to do that, with no interest in teaching so obviously, they're quite poor teachers
