Remote play?

Doe this game have remote play? I saw a video where this guy was on his vita doing remote play and was able to play HD remix. If its not remote play, is it at least a cross play? I really want to play this on my vita over my ps3.

    Doesn't have the game to be compatible with it ? if it is so Kingdom Hearts would never be compatible.

    It has yet be explained on how gaikai will work out with ps3 games on the Playstation 4.
