Posted July 23, 201312 yr I'm greek and I wonder why did Nomura choose to name a game and the master of all keyblades - the χ-blade - after the greek letter X! Maybe he got bored of latin numerals and started using greek letters???
July 23, 201312 yr Could be! Or maybe he wanted a letter that sounded similar to "key" and since X was the closest he could find... Haha I don't know
July 23, 201312 yr *looks up the Greek letter Chi on wikipedia* According to it, there were two things that it was commonly used to represent. The World Soul concept from Plato, and Christ. The World Soul, "The world soul (Greek: ψυχή κόσμου, Latin: Anima mundi) is, according to several systems of thought, an intrinsic connection between all living things on the planet, which relates to our world in much the same way as the soul is connected to the human body."Does that remind you of anything?

Does that remind you of anything? Makes sense. That makes me wonder though, did Nomura have the whole series written out from the beginning? or did he make it up as he went along?

July 23, 201312 yr Author I would think as he went along. A few he planned from the beginning but most games as it went along. I also think that. I remember reading in an interview that it wasn't planned for KH to have a sequel but as the series continued he was planning like 3 games ahead!
