Welcome to the Freak Show Circus,the famous traveling circus that offers you the best of the best,our speciality being the hosting of Freak Shows. The world is a cruel yet beautiful place,where many unhuman creatures like us excist,but human refuse to accept. That's right,all of the legends and myths you've heard of the Slenderman,the Mothman and even Goblins,they're all REAL. Our circus was created to explore the sins and let the deepest sets of insanity flurish. Many people,creatures,join us willingly as they have no other place in the world to go. Others are taken in well...not so willingly.

If you are a lucky memeber of the audience,you will be chosen by our ringmaster to be kidnapped and taken with us for the rest of your life...don't worry about not having talents...we will make all the arrangements for you...our doctors will make you into the perfect freak in one quick operation...

Escape is futile in this circus...our ringmaster is all powerful and punishes anyone who tries...his favorite method would be acid,having it melt your skin alive...

...but I'm not saying you aren't allowed to try. I mean,you could,and maybe succeed one day! But...where would you go? Humanity won't ever accept freaks like us...you'd just be rejected and forced to hide within the shadows of this world...but its alright...if you ever feel lonely,you can always come back here,to HOME,to Freak Show Circus.

 

Resume:

As the world of myths,legends,creatures and so on is actually connected with the world of humanity,the Freak Show Circus was created to bring humanity and the creatures together...willingly or not. Their popularity due to their freak preformers is second to none. They keep their show active and with fresh preformers by,well,kidnnapping children from the town they preform in. The ringmaster chooses from the audience,and later on they are kidnnapped and brought into the circus,to become part of it,forever. Willingly or not,those children will be deformed and turned into freaks to join the circus. The one in control would be the allmighty ringmaster,with powers and a personality beyond understanding. The circus would be this children's home now,and is the home to many others who have joined willingly or not,being deformed from birth,in a freak accident or by the doctors within the circus.

Make friends. Make your preformances count. SURVIVE. 

Escape is futile alone,but numbers can be power...welcome to the Freak Show Circus.

 

Circus rules:

-Once you join,you're part of the Freak Show Circus family membership for life. You aren't allowed to retire or leave. You can try to escape,but those who aren't killed in the attempt and are caught will be punished with acid.

-No killing our human staff. They're hard to come by ya know.

-If you're gonna fight...fight it in the middle of the circus,that way we can all see.

-Humans hate us by nature. Don't befriend any human outside the circus...unless you wish them to share your fate.

-NEVER VENTURE OUT OF THE CAMP GROUNDS. ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. Remember how I said that all of those creatures exist? Yeah,Slendermand and the Rake are out there and after all of our @$$es,and they're not nice neighboors either.

 

Roleplay rules:

-All posts must be 5 sentences minimum,which creates a nice little paragraph.

-No killing/controlling other people's characters unless you have full permission.

-If you think your character has to go or if you want to leave the roleplay,you can,but I ask that if you could,maybe make an epic death scene for your character(s)?~ That would be splended.

A few days after hearing about it, she was abducted from her home while she was outside playing. She never got a good look at her kidnappers because she was blindfolded the whole time. Days went by and she remained blindfolded. Experiments were done on her body and she felt her skin feeling like they were rotting and her insides felt weird as well. After what felt like weeks, the blindfolds were removed and she was in an empty room. Alice saw that her body was covered in stitches and changed a different color. At the same time, the ringmaster introduced her to the Circus. She felt that her worse nightmare became a reality. Alice has been thinking of escaping but is too afraid to do so. Even after months of being apart of this circus, she could never gather the courage to leave.

Current appearance: she has a normal-looking body, save a few parts of her skin being silver in some sections, wearing a tattered red and school girl outfit, she has very light, kinda milky brown hair and dark brown eyes. Smaller than most her age, small pink lips.

Special power: immortality, some healing

Personality: (Optional) kind to all new members, protective of them, and if they were kidnapped or forced into this, she would help them try and escape if they wish. A liitle too trusting of people at times, but if they cross her, she never let's them live it down or forgives them.

Bio: (Optional) she was born like that, though the silver over her body was much smaller. She is literally immortal, and had tried escaping after being kidnapped when she was young, as well as many times after, but she always fails. Before this, she was as normal a girl can be with the inability to die and silver growing off of her skin. Her parents would hide the silver under makeup and she went to private school before this,and was taken at the age of five. Since then, she has been forced into many acts, most of them being them having her jump from hights into the hard ground or blowing her up. She often is used by the doctors to heal injured or sick because she could also temporarily give others invincibility, but it normally only lasted long enough to repair the damages to the person healed. developed a relationship with Yuki, though he is abusive at times.

-Personality: (Optional) though kind, he enjoys biopsy of the ones that don't make it, and thus lies dead body's more than alive. Is somewhat obsessed with immortality and can be angered easy. He is nice to most at first, but can be abusive at times to even close friends

-Bio: (Optional) a young genius, he was a biopsy doctor at 11 and got tired of the average human body. After a freak show came to town, he talked to the ring master, preformed his work, and was brought on as a doctor. One day, he was examineing a seemingly dead body only for it to suddenly jump back to life. This was how he met Jazz. Jazz from the awkward encounter on, used him as her doctor after each show. Immortality didn't replace recovery or health reestablishing, just gave the body it's tools needed to fix itself. The developed a relationship, though it's close to falling apart.

Personality: Due to brainwashing, she has become distant to many, and mostly enjoys the company of her puppets in her room. She also thinks the Ringmaster is her father.

Bio: Felicia was abandoned by her family when they found out she was blind, as they did not want to deal with a child with special needs. Whether it was her need to survive, or just that she was born with a gift, she developed mental abilties, and learned to use her abilities to get around through mental radara based on nearby thoughts and survive, persuading people to lend her food and shelter and moving from place to place. When she was first forced to join the Freak Show Circus, she tried many attempts to escape with all the friends she had made. Eventually the doctors decided to brainwash Felicia to make her less of a nuisance, and she now serves the Ringmaster as his right hand girl, being used to recruit others for the Freak Show and to help maintain order within the circus. She also performs in the circus as a psychic, "Madam Felicia." She desperately tries to break out of the mental prison she was put in by the brainwash, but so far has had no luck.

Special Talent: Doll/puppet making in people'a likeness, despite her blindness, by using people'er thoughts.

Bio: Sylvia wasn't accepted in school and dropped out in eighth-grade. Her father was never home and soon her mother died of sickness. Sylvia soon became very quiet and thought of committing suicide...until she met the Circus. She joined by choice, and was brutally deformed. She didn't want to be deformed and put up a fight when they said she'd have to be. However, receiving punishment for fighting, Sylvia became obedient slowly. 

Special talent?: Being able to sense people's emotions and being able to control darkness (Darkness powers being: Shadow Manipulation, Shadow camouflage (hiding in shadows), Darkness attack)

When not preforming, she looks very nearly as she does from before, except for that it looks like her spine has been replaced with some sort of scaly tissue. Tendrils off it can be seen going across her back and down her arms and legs, ending mid forearm and mid calf respectively. When she is preforming, she looks like this:

Bio: An orphan girl who loves the circus.

Bio: An actual goblin the Circus captured, he was named Twitch for his apparent inability to remain still. Twitch has been an acrobat in the show for a long time now, though outside his performance, he is kept caged. He has made innumerable escape attempts, using devices he managed to put together, revealing a greater intelligence then he lets on.  

Special talent?: Monkey like acrobatic talent and naturally gifted builder.

Personality: Flame loves making friends. Whenever someone new joins the circus, Flame won't hesistate to introduce herself trying to make the new members feel welcome. Also she looks up to the Ringmaster as her father and is very loyal to him. Despite her sunny personality, deep down Flame is stubborn and a litttttle crazy (most likely from the time spent in the circus). 

Bio: Flame had been in the circus ever since she was 5 years old. Before she joined the circus, Flame's family was terrified of her. Ever since Flame was born, her parents noticed fire starting constantly over the house. Blaming the way the house was constructed, they moved to a nice apartment. Finally thinking the fire nonsense was over, Flame's family continued their normal lives. But one night when Flame's parents went out for vacation, they hired a babysitter to take care of Flame while they were gone. While Flame's parents were in the middle of their vacation, they received a phone call from the police. The police reported the babysitter found dead in their living room and the cause of the babysitter's death was fire. After that, Flame's parents were sprung into chaos. The babysitter's parents blamed Flame calling her Satan's child and news reached most of the world. Soon having enough of the drama, Flame's parents handed her over to the circus.

Name: Patric Heit

Age: 13

Gender: Male

Appearence: but with large spikes growing out of his in random places, and lacks the coat and the shirt is now a tank top.

Special Powers: Can generate items from his body, so long as he has seen them before, but isn't very proficient at it

Personality: (optional) Kinda cold now, only lets in familiars to talk with him after the issue, can warm up to others but normally takes a long time. Thinks of Jazz as a mother and dislikes Yuki for his abusiveness.

Bio: (optional) He knew Alice Megatroid, and before she was kidnapped, as well as was a good friend of hers. She disappeared when that freaky circus appeared, and this lead him to be curious and go snooping the next time it was in his town. when he was snooping around, the Ring Master found him and took him for being nosy. Deciding to not be ironic, the Ring Master didn't have him given super smelling powers or the ability to melt him into the shadows or anything, those would be bad for acts for the circus as of now. He had the boy's body altered to that it could generate any object at will, so long as he had seen it before, as well as reabsorb it, seeing that it could be useful, sword swallower that didn't actually need to swallow, a living cannon ball that can't be harmed by the explosion, medical supplies or food that never ends, things of that nature. But he had issues controlling this new power, his legs were destroyed in the cannon, his stomach pierced by his own swords(which were misshapen and awkward) and he couldn't even synthesize a simple band-aid or orange. Because of so many injury's, he often was with Jazz, being healed by whatever allows the power. They bonded, but eventually after so many failures, the Ring Master was just going to have him killed, since he was useless, taking up space and resources, bu Jazz wouldn't allow it. Being immortal, she would only have to out live all of them to escape, and since she can deny people healing, she struck a deal with the Ring Master. She said that if he got rid of Patric, she would stop healing everyone and just continually pump immortality into Patric by scratching him, so that they can outlive them all, so she told him that in order to have others healed, the Ring Master would have to give him a home, food, shelter, things of that nature. Seeing as before they had many more fatality's, the Ring Master had only one option: Say yes. After the hole event, Jazz worked on Patric to try and get him his powers, as well as treating him kinda like her own child. Thus Patric developed a relationship with her like mother and son.

The sky was clear,not a single cloud in the sky so far. As the town of Burgess worked normally a innocent looking caravan of carriges and cages dragged themselves across the streets. Vashle sat proudly ontop of one of the carriges,throwing random flyers that said 'FREAK SHOW CIRCUS,PREFORMANCE TONIGHT' on the streets. "Come to our circus! We have wonderful preformances tonight~"Vashle called as he threw the flyers around. As the caravans passed by,Len and Rin watched from the side of the street,the two of them holding hands as they would always do. The two were always together,no matter where or when. Their golden hair and sky blue eyes would always tend to impress people,and on Halloween they would have their fun by tricking people into thinking that they were seeing double when infact,they were just seeing the twins. As the flyers fell from being thrown into the air,Len catched one and looked down at it,reading it loudloud. "Freak Show Circus."Len read. "I've never been to a circus before!"Rin pipped up. Just then the two looked at eachother and ran up to the carrige where Vashle was sitting at. "Hey,mister!"Len called as he and his sister ran hand in hand. Vashle looked down. "Yes?"Vashle asked. "What kind of Freak Show are you gonna show?!"Rin asked. This made Vashle smirk slightly. "Only the best of the best of course!"Vashle said as he waved at the twins who by now had stopped running by exhaustion. The two panted as they looked down at the flyer. "Do you think mom and dad would let us see it?"Rin asked as she thought if their parents would allow them to see a Freak Show. "I think so. Even if they don't,we can always sneak out,they have a party to attend tonight right?"Len asked. Rin smiled. "You like,read my mind bro!"Rin said with a laugh. The carriges made their way to the big plaza,going round and all the carriges eventually forming a circle. To this Vashle jumped down in the middle and stretched. After hours of travel the preformers would be able to finally stretch their limbs. Vashle took a deep breath and clapped his hands. "Alright everyone,get out of your carriges and stretch your legs! We have to get ready for the preformances tonight. Who here wants to volunteer to hand out more flyers?!"Vashle said in a happy mood as he moved his feet,dancing a bit as he streched. Tonight would be yet another night for the most secretive circus in the world. He hummed as he walked up to one cage which was covered by a big blue cloth. Vashle raised the cloth,revealing a beautiful sabertooth tiger laying on the floor of it,most likely taking a nap. "Waky waky!"Vashle said as the tiger roared,which only made Vashle laugh.

Alice was leaning back on the cold metal wall far back in a corner in her carriage. She was gripped her purple stuffed doll, which resembled a cat, in her arms. The carriage stopped moving and Alice tilted her head up and opened one eye. She could hear Vashle making some commotion outside and she got up to her feet. What's going on out there? Why did we stop moving?, she wondered and walked over to the front of her carriage. It seems that she could get out for a bit. Alice stepped out of her carriage and placed her feet slowly on the ground. She didn't really like the sunlight since it didn't feel the same on her skin when she was normal. Alice looked over to to the ringmaster while he was apparently laughing at the roaring tiger. She envied how he could be so cheerful. She doesn't even remember the last time she has laughed since she became deformed. 

Felicia played with her marionettes in her room, having one to represent every person in the circus. Hearing Vashle's voice, she left her trailer and in her Lolita style dress, she skipped along until she sensed him in front of her.

"Good morning, father." She spoke in a monotonous voice. "Are we making more friends for the circus?" She asked, staring into the distance with her glossy white eyes. "I always love adding to my collection of pretty puppets."

In a cage near the back of the circus, Twitch's eyes poped open.

"Hmm, stopping." He said in his fast, yappy voice. "Must mean show. Twitch likes shows."

He grinned.

"Always good to have fun."

 

Anya sat on a bench, feeling rather dejected. She was on her own now, which had its perks, but some downsides. She hated this loney feeling she seemed to be stuck in.

She perked up as she heard the crier for the Freak Show Circus. She got up and followed the sounds till she ran across a flyer. She began to smile as she read it.

"Maybe this is what I need." She thought. "A day at the circus should be fun."

 The minute after the carriage stopped, Flame burst out the door in total excitment. "We're finally here! God that was a long ride." Flame took this time to stretch her arms before she rushed over to Alice who just got off her carriage. "Hey Alice, excited for tonight's show?" No reply from Alice. Oh well, Flame will get her to talk someday. After that, Flame proceeded to chat to the staffs until finally she walked up to Vashle and Felicia. "Heard you need help with the flyers Vashle." She smiled. Flame's always there to help anyone out, especially Vashle.

-Personality: Ian is very shy in the circus. He mostly keeps his head down and do what he's told to do. However Ian feels bad for the people forced into the circus, and wishes to help them. But what can a clumsy, wimpy guy do? 

-Bio: Ian always believed his life was a curse. He was addicted to games so his grades were bad, people didn't want to be friends with him due to his clumsiness. and soon he was kicked out of the house by his parents. Starved and alone, Ian was sure his life was over until Vashle came and took him in. This time, Ian find this miracle too good to be true, and he was right. Ian soon found himself working in a freak show circus filled with....freaks. He wants to leave, but where would he go? Would he even manage to escape? Ian decided, to just watch what happens.

"I'll volunteer, Vashle." Sylvia said in her soft and calm voice.

This was her normal tone, not too loud and rather shy. She slightly opened the door to her carriage, stepping out softly. Sylvia reached up to the sky before reaching back to the ground, stretching her arms and back a bit. She started walking down the cages, passing Ember...then Alice...and making it beside Felicia.

"Hello, Felicia." she said with a soft smile.

Sylvia looked at Vashle.

"I'll help with the flyers, Vashle." she said, looking up at him with her cloudy, emotionless, greyish-purple eyes.
