That's not true. I don't have save data for the Japanese Re: COM and I could fight all data battles. You just have to beat their absent silhouettes.

September 1, 201313 yr Author Fool. Absent silhouettes? The Absent Silhouettes are the data battles but you have to find them seperately in the disney worlds to fight them. They're weaker versions of the data battles.
