Should I block her from  my gmail and move on, or make her understand I'm in no position to date, and a girl in China online dating me isn't any good either?

Right I understand. I'm sure she won't be hurt if you tell her how you really feel (so long as you do it kindly, which I'm sure you will). And you are right you shouldn't let it upset you. Just think that she doesn't know you either so it's not as if you guys will be seeing each other all the time. It is a pseudo-relationship (not the romantic kind) in a way because you've never met and only get a small glimpse into each other's lives. So neither of you will be missing too much
