I don't know if it's just me, but the English voice for MX was not what I was expecting to hear. When I first heard it I was like, I know that is supposed to be his voice, but it did not sound like what I had envisioned it to be. Does anybody else agree with me that the MX voice doesn't seem to match him?

He sounds too old. He should be younger and slightly more badass.

Yeah same here I somewhat expected his voice to sound like Xehanort. But then again he is probably way older than regular Xehanort and

he combined with with Terra to make Terranort, so it makes him sound younger

I don't really agree, but that's just because I've rewatched the trailer a few times and it's grown on me.

 

I've heard from someone that the trailer is actually an "older build", so I'm assuming that the dialogue in the cutscene will sound different. Of course, whether or not the person can be trusted is debatable. S/he claims to have heard it from an member of the EUR localization team on a forum.

Eh, It is alright. While not the best, I can live with it.

He actually says in one of his reports that he knows he doesn't have much longer to live. That's why he takes over Terra's body. Because he wants to live long enough to see his plans come into fruition.

He is too Old Leonard Nimoy Voiced in the Original Transformers Movie And that was Years and Years ago, he was old enough then. Chaotic-Gamings MX Is probably better than Leonard Nimoy.

Yeah I thought his voice would be different. But I guess if I hadn't thought about it too much, I wouldn't have thought of a better voice inside my head.

But still the voice sounds really old and terrible. Does anyone know who is voicing him?

Um, Leonard Nimoy. And no I am not joking. I actually found out before I heard the trailer. I thought it would be terrible because i have always seen his as Spock.(Which is kinda funny considering MX has pointed ears too.) But in my opinion, it turned out pretty good. It grew on me after watching it a few times too Reversal. As for everyone that says it is too old a voice, just a small news flash, MX IS old.

I think it's a good voice. He is supposed to sound old and wise. The he did a good job. Besides the "spock" guy wanted this role. So Square said it was okay. Acording to E news.

i actually like his voice and think it fits his character personally the only actor i don't want to hear is jesse mccartney but i can live with him

i was hoping for something like an american actor that sounded like the japanese one, i would have lived with that

MX's english voice actor sounds like he should voice a younger MX. Not really the age when he left Destiny Islands but like you know...yeah.

I think the voice makes since considering MX's age, but it took a lot of rethinking to see it that way.

With deep thought his voice can match MX, but really. That voice is hard to match, right?

The voice weirded me out at first because I wasn't expecting it AT ALL. O_O

His voice is so raspy! I know he's old, but does it have to be THAT raspy? O_o

But I'll probably get used to it with time.
