Tetsuya Nomura has confirmed that there will be no new information of FINAL FANTASY XV at Tokyo Game Show 2013 which starts tomorrow (Thursday) in Japan.

This could mean a delay in FFXV has occurred, and it makes a 2014 release extremely unlikely. 2015 seems likely. And if that's the case we may be waiting to 2018 for an English release of Kingdom Hearts III which has hardly anything developed at this stage with FFXV much farther in development.

That just sucks.I don't even want to imagine that case.Well, there is still hope.Nomura knows we can't wait forever. He'll be sure to deliver.

Personally,as long as they announce something about 2.5 hd remix I am complete.

I don't feel like nothing new to announce makes a 2014 release less likely for FFXV. it will probably be late 2014. Lightning Returns wasn't even announced until early spring 2013 and it comes out at the beginning of 2014. I am still counting on a 2014 release for FFXV and a 2016 release for KH3

2015 makes sense sense, it's Final Fantasy XV. XV = 15. But then again, we'll wait and see.

Wow... so by the time of (speculated) release it will be nearly a decade since the game was announced..

What makes you say there's a ''delay'' with FFXV? Nomura didn't say that. He's been mindfiretrucking us for years with this game. Maybe he just doesn't want to announce anything right now.

That could be true.

Your probably right damn Nomura

Isn't Kh3 being developed by a completely different team from FFXV?

Well, that's a shame. I really hope that KH3 is still going to be at TGS in some capacity, some info/images at least. As Nomura said in the famitsu interview during E3, more info should be presented during TGS and D23, but the news about XV being pulled has me worried, especially since KH3 is earlier in development compared to FFXV. Square-Enix still has a interesting line-up anyway, so I can't wait for TGS!! :D

Yeah, but Nomura is the directer. I guess it's still at a stage where he needs to be there every step of the way. I don't think he can leave them to their own devices until they're ready to code.

I don't really know what goes into making a game, but I do know there's a lot to do before that point. Storyboards, script ect. A lot like making a movie I guess. Only with a lot more bugs.

Maybe but hardly any of the numbered games appeared on the same year of their number!~Example XII=06, XIII=10, and so on..

Kingdom Hearts III...Coming soon to Playstation 5

Or Nomura could be waiting for Jump Festa.
