What's with all the frigging Ansem-versions showing up in DDD? 

And who's the younger one? Is it Terrahort? Why didn't he age, then?

The younger one is Xehanort when he was young.

If anything, they are Xehanort versions, not Ansem versions. Xehanort was there first.

And the younger one, I think you might be referring to Young Xehanort. It's Xehanort from the past. I'm not sure how far you are into the game, so I'll say no more. You just wanted to know who he is, after all.

The mechanics behind how they were all able to exist at the same time is a mystery. From KH1 on, Ansem has returned no matter how many times he has been defeated, perhaps the same sort of thing happened.

 

What about Xemnas and Ansem, essentially they weren’t inside anyone, was it due to circumstances of the worlds of sleep?

Nomura: First off, when Young Xehanort made contact with the Brown Robed Figure, that is to say, the Xehanort who called himself Ansem, his abilities were transferred to him. As a result of Master Xehanort tossing his physical body, he was able to exceed time, and this power was carried into the Brown Robed Figure. Thus when Young Xehanort made contact with him, he gained this power. Possessing this power. Young Xehanort functioned as a “portal”, summoning Xemnas and Ansem each time they appeared. That’s why Young Xehanort was there whenever they appeared. Additionally, when Sora and Riku dropped into the worlds of sleep, simultaneously Young Xehanort himself goes into the world of sleep.

Nomura: Vanitas is different than Xemnas and Ansem; he doesn’t necessarily have a physical form. He reacted to Ventus within Sora, so that’s how he was visible.

Nomura: Young Xehanort wasn’t using his own power at that time. The King’s magic was broken because Master Xehanort was assimilating with Young Xehanort. Only “the mark of heresy” was added by Organization XIII.

Nomura: Indeed. Time was stopped just as Master Xehanort was materializing. So he moved his consciousness to Young Xehanort’s body. Though the keychain on it is different, the Keyblade he takes out is Master Xehanort’s.

The nobodys name is Xemnas and the heartless calls himself Ansem The Seeker of Darkness.(It's not his real name as he is Xehanorts heartless).

Xemnas is Xehanort's nobody. More precisely he's the nobody of Terra being possessed by Xehanort's heart aka Terranort. And Ansem Seeker of Darkness is his Heartless.

He was refering to Xemnas being the nobody to the 'Ansem' SoD ( the heartless ) from KH1 bc he was called that in KH1 . ( as in his other half . Heartless plus nobody = whole person )  He realizes the difference
