This is bothering me. How do you think Xehanort got off Destiny Islands the first time? I doubt he built a raft & I'm sick of everybody answering everything with "Nomura logic", so don't bother. How do you think he got off the island in the first place?

I doubt that Ansem SoD had anything to do with it. Him being there was what allowed YX to time travel.

Well we know him and Eraqus trained together but we don't know how they were chosen and even who their master is .Maybe he was given the ceremony from another wielder visiting the world and then was brought to train etc etc

He had to get off the Island by himself before he could do everything he did first, leading to the creation of Ansem, so that Ansem could travel back in time & give YMX the ability to time travel, so he could do everything he did in 3D. Him getting off the island the first time set everything in motion.
