I've done Kurt Zisa, Phantom and the Ice Titan.

I still have Sephiroth and Unknown to do, but I wanna wait till I get the Ultima (26/30 synthesis and mythril is such a pain to get, anyone know a way to get mythril quick?)

 

I'm 53% on KH1 in terms of trophies, I need to do Standard and Beginner, speed run trophies and such and get all the weapons. I plan to Platinum KH1 but probably not for a long time, I'm not bothered about RE:COM.

 

Phantom was probably the most annoying optional boss because I was paranoid about the clock so I cast Stop on it A LOT (so much that he never cast Doom throughout the whole battle)

I have beaten them all in the original, didnt die once against kisa or phantom but was killed by sephiroth a few times.

I got zisa down pretty quickly after I timed to dodge his spinning move correctely, Phantom was just annoying to me. I found the Ice titan really easy. I'm level 78 at the moment and I wanna get in the 90s area and get the ultima before I attempt Sephirioth or Unknown.

sounds like a plan, ultima does help, admittedly i only ever bothered getting it once. but it is powerful, i wish you look with the unknown and sephiroth bosses, i'm planning to beat them in my 40's myself.

I beat the Ice Titan first, then used Diamind Dust to beat the Phantom. Beat Kurt Zisa and finally headed off to fight Sephiroth. I died twice to Sephiroth over the game and beat him up with Oathkeeper, strike raid, and lots of elixirs. 3 elixirs actually

 

Funny thing: I beat The Unknown on my first try using One-Winged Angel...

 

Now trying to get Ultima before facing Ansem.

Beat them all on Proud and only died to the Unknown but thats because of his one stupid move but then again I did have the Ultima Weapon and was at level 81 when I started fighting them going from Phantom to Kurt Zisa then Ice Titan then Sephiroth and Unknown and I got a level from beating all of them so yeah lol (I also Platinum Kingdom Hearts Final Mix now working on Chains gonna be a bitch with getting all the enemy cards for Sora)

I've beaten all of them on Proud Mode. 

So far I've beaten them all except Sephy on proud mode, I want to get the Ultima Weapon before I challenge him though. I was too excited about Unknown, he was the first optional boss that I defeated. 

All of them, Proud Mode, Divine Rose (except Phantom, used Diamond Dust on him).

The key to Sephiroth is definitely having plenty of elixirs on hand, especially when he does his move the drains all of your HP. I'm 63% complete on trophies. 

 

And a tip for Mythril, you're just going to have to synthesize, which means you're more than likely going to be doing a lot of farming. My issue was you need Dark Matter for Mythril, and if you need Dark Matter you're going to have to obtain a lot of Mythril Shards, which you can get from Behemoth, but his drop rate is pretty poor.

I found and worked through that issue.  You can also get Mythril shards from Pot Scorpion and Spider (plus you can go to the palace gates without having to leave the world).

 

Yeah, I beat all of the bosses.

Beat em' all. All that's left for me to do in my Proud run is gummi ship missions.

All of them. Made them my bitches. The Gummi ship missions are the true challenge....
