The Shape of the worlds in Kingdom Hearts 3?

We all know about the shapes that the worlds took in Kingdom Hearts 1, 2 and Birth by Sleep. They all seemed to stand out, however that all changed when we saw the bubble like worlds in Dream Drop Distance, was this to show that these worlds were in Deep Sleep?

 

And with new worlds being made for Kingdom Hearts 3 will they look like the average world, or put into a bubble form?
