Now, when I say 'noob', I mean... 'quote on quote' noob. These are from online experiences with both the lv. 50 flat rule and original levels.
Opponent has only one 'good' Pokemon in an 'original' levels battle.
That 'good' one is a considerably higher level than all the others, indicating they only used that Pokemon throughout the whole game. Once that pokemon is gone, they're a breeze, and this can occur into a rage-quit from them.
They don't know type advantages.
Sure, you have to be 'quote on quote' superhuman to remember EVERY SINGLE type advantage on the spot, but very few people don't know the starter advantages.
Opponent uses only one type of Pokemon, as if they're a gym-leader.
Opponents like these are extremely easy to sweep, if you have at least one pokemon with the advantage. Since you most likely have a variety of types, it's almost 100% there will be one Pokemon there with the advantage.
Opponent uses ONLY legendaries.
Don't get me wrong, they're powerful, but sometimes, it feels like they're using them solely to rely on them being strong, and that doesn't necessarily mean a 'sure-fire win' for them. Another one that sometimes ends with a rage-quit.
Opponent relies too much on attacking.
Sometimes, the best way to turn the tide of the battle is to stat-boost. I mean, Meowstic with Charm like, all those other moves... I used to be this way too, but I realized stats are VERY important.
Discuss? And if you use these, I don't mean you're a noob. Like I said: 'QUOTE ON QUOTE' NOOB!
On another topic, I sweeped a team from a German. Sorta...
So, he was spamming to battle with me. I chose Talonflame, Venasaur and Delphox. We rounded it off to all level 50.He started with the special Blazekin. He tried to hit me, my Talonflame used fly. I dodged, then hit him, to a single sliver of health. Then he used another attack, and it got Talonflame to yellow. He used brave bird before I used my Agility, so, he killed himself, and that benefited for me, since I was way faster. Then he sent out Lucario. I hit him with Flame Charge, took him to yellow. I got hit, he knocked me to a SINGLE HP POINT, then I took him out with another Flame Charge. I assumed he would use his Yveltal to destroy me, but no. I never got to see his final Pokemon. So...yeah...I got pretty damn lucky.#TalonflameSweep: He mega-evolved the Blazekin.
