November 16, 201311 yr Popular Post Call me blind or dellusional, but am I the only one who can barely see any graphical leap on from Ps3 to Ps4 or 360 to Xbox One??? The only time I noticed such a thing is maybe....MAYBE.....FFXV only because it's so different I didn't notice it in any other game because most of the next gen games I've seen so far are shooters....which most of them have the same post apocalypticgeneric world war settings that makes everything look the same regardless of any new engine I can barely notice the difference between current gen versions of Call of Duty ghosts and next gen versions Unless someone tries to be creative when it comes to the art style and the environment.....I won't be able to see any difference the graphical leap doesn't feel as huge as it was from Ps2 to Ps3 I'm not a graphics whore no no no,it's just the whole next gen buzz won't matter if the difference is only in resolution and not in the art style I've barely seen any game that did something as creative as Okami when it comes to the art style Edited November 16, 201311 yr by Metal Snake

November 16, 201311 yr I can see the difference well enough on games DESIGNED for PS4. But there's little difference in games that play on both 3 and 4. Knack, despite how bland the game itself is, is gorgeous comparatively. And this is all from sampling a few Youtube videos.

Making them look loads better on next gen would be like a remake in terms of work. It's more like a remaster. When games are actually developed for next gen, then it will look amazing like FFXV.
